Light House Bistro

Local restaurant dishing up great eats in a modern environment by a friendly staff. Brunch here is not only tasty but very affordable as well. They don’t overcharge like seemingly most restaurants nowadays. The meatloaf hash was solid while the chicken and waffles is awesome as well.

We absolutely loved Lighthouse Bistro! We were a party of 12, and all loved our breakfast and drinks. We appreciated the unique things on their menu. The service was top-notch, our waitress was amazing, and our food came out quickly. Lighthouse Bistro is a definite recommend.

We went for breakfast here and all of us loved the food we ordered. We ordered Chicken waffle, vanilla pancakes, Carlifornia wrap and veggie omelette. The vanilla pancakes were large!!! The veggie omelette came with home fries and toast and Carlifornia wrap too came with hole fries.

This was our first time at light house bistro and they knocked it out of the park. We got a cinnamon roll, the crab Benedict (pictured) and some breakfast cocktails, including an extra spicy bloody Mary. Everyone was fantastic, especially our server Jessica. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice restaurant! Had breakfast on Thursday morning. Service was excellent with great food! We had the French toast with berries and a breakfast flat bread. Sweet and savory!!!

Visited during restaurant week; really enjoyed the food! I'm glad I made a reservation ahead of time because they were very busy for the breakfast/early lunch crowd.

We had Easter breakfast here. It’s such a great atmosphere and our waitress was great. Portions were generous (I don’t think any of us were able to finish) and the food flavorful. We had the breakfast flatbread, French omelette, and chicken and waffles — they were all fantastic. Our favorite, however, was the blueberry pancake we all shared. When we are back in the area, we will definitely be back and recommend to other families.

Great location, great food and a most excellent cause. My wife and I have changed our date 'night' to date 'morning', just to enjoy the wonderful vanilla pancakes, scrappel, the wild wild west omelette and granola. Our favorite breakfast spot!

Really good food and a very good atmosphere. Food is well cooked and presented. Had breakfast (western omelette) here and it was first class. Service is friendly and welcoming.

Everything was spectacular. Three of us went at 10am on a Saturday morning. Service was amazing, wish we could remember our servers name but it was a tall guy with curly hair and he was so pleasant and helpful. All the food was delicious as well, we had the fig and goat cheese flatbread, some of the crab dip and then chicken and waffles, the California wrap, and the meatloaf hash with an over easy egg. Service was quick, accurate and friendly and we can’t stop raving about how phenomenal the food was. I would come from Northern VA every weekend just to eat here. Couldn’t even take a photo before we dug into our appetizers :)

Looking for a quick bite over lunch break while attending a conference. For was really good, atmosphere inviting and bartender was excellent.

Sat at bar because was eating alone and bartender made a point to make small talk and ensuring my experience was enjoyable.

Will come back when in town.

My husband and I came here the first morning of our vacation and never went anywhere else for breakfast. The service and joy of the staff is memorable. The first day, we asked what we needed to make sure to do while here. Our waitress went to the back and compiled a hand written list from everyone with hidden gems and favorite attractions. The personal attention and care is noteworthy. Additionally, the food is excellent. The coffee is so hot and good fresh. It needs no doctoring or sweeteners. And, the blueberry pancakes are out of this world. The eggs Benedict are also pretty spectacular. But, the blueberry pancakes are cravable. The fruit is fresh but not overpowering. The exterior has a nice crisp while the inside stays fluffy, and underneath the dollop of fresh whipped cream is the most delicious blueberry jam. Check it out if in the neighborhood. This spot will not disappoint.

Our go to for a great breakfast! Their granola is amazing and the crab cake sandwich is sooooo good! Not to mention the crab dip, which is so good and rich you have to share! A very generous portion and lists of lump crab meat! On top of everything is their service to the homeless in the area. A great deal all around.

Everything was great, the food was amazingly fresh and skillfully made with wonderful combinations like the meatloaf hash with potatoes and eggs. Great coffee. The service was very friendly, attentive and fast. A great place for brunch and all the other meals we saw, looked delicious!

We used their catering services for a work event on December 13th, 2023. We received many compliments from our supporters on the food. Overall the price was affordable and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the staff delivered the food on time and were fantastic to work with.

What a wonderful place! The food was delicious and a good variety of offerings. My husband had breakfast and I had a sandwich and we were not disappointed. The pancakes are so good and the hand cut fries are the best. We will definitely be back!

Their positive community influence was an unexpected jewel for our dining experience. My fam did early bday gathering for me. Food was amazing, impeccable service and very clean & welcoming environment. We will visit again!!!

This place never disappoints. Food is great, staff is friendly and it has a warm, inviting environment. Highly recommend for brunch and they rent the space in the evening for private events with good pricing.
