Great spot to fish! I caught bass and crappie. It is a state park so I'm guessing to keep it as natural as possible it's allowed to be a little over grown, piers are small, does cost $7, very dark at night no lights out. Overall I had a blast fishing but was a little scary.

If you are visiting jordan lake from out of town do not go here. I traveled 2.5 hrs there to enjoy a day at the lake and walked away with a $205 parking ticket. No signage anywhere in parking area and lines on ground are so faded you cant read them anyway.
