Sturdivant's Tire Pros & Auto

When a jagged stone caused my first side-of-the-road wheel change in 21 years I didn’t think the tire was salvageable. However, Sturdivant’s managed to patch it and even put the wheel back on the car, and stowed the space-saver neatly back in the trunk. While I think their communication could be improved the service was excellent and great value.

Me, my brother, my sister, my mother, my father, our significant others, our friends - we go here. We recommend people to come here.

I started coming to this shop after having some very expensive sell up bills at the dealer and a not so great experience at another local shop. I started with just an oil change and inspection and the service was excellent. Since then I have serviced my car for a timing belt, tires, and other repairs. I have enjoyed the quality and value so much I started bringing my wife’s car and my mother in laws car as well. Danny at the front desk is friendly and great at getting you an appointment when you need it. Repairs are always done quickly and expertly. Prices have been very reasonable. I checked out the online price at tirerack.com for the tires they just installed and the Sturdivant’s price was cheaper including installation than it was to order them online without any install. Plus they were highly rated for great traction something I asked for in a tire recommendation. You can’t beat the service and advice at this place. Thanks for restoring my faith in the automotive repair industry. You guys are great!

I took my daughters car here after a nightmare of repairs at local shops and dealerships. These folks are genuine, professional, accurate, and speedy with repairs. The price was fair and I was really impressed with the concern about my other experiences. I think they could tell I was traumatized by other shops and put my mind at ease with warranty information and total guarantee of their repairs. My daughters car was fixed RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! I recently had new tires put on my truck by the folks at Sturdivant's, as well as an alignment. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. I am extremely happy with the quality and experience I experienced. Also, not only was the price for tires better than all the "big chain guys", but I was able to get new tires and an alignment for less than what tires alone would have run me at other locations. There was no need to hassle and negotiate on pricing. Sturdivant's came "out-the-gate" with EXTREMELY competitive pricing.
It's very rare, these days, to find a business that offers great service and such a great price. Sturdivant's will be the only auto service I use, moving forward. We were passing through the area and a problem developed with our pickup truck. A local resident recommended we try this family owned and operated place for diagnosis and repair. We had no appointment and no expectations when we arrived shortly after the shop opened. The facility was busy, clean, and well organized. We explained our problem as best we could and managment arranged to have our vehicle diagnosed immediately. They located the problem and repaired it within an hour of our arrival. The problem was on a 'mirror image' part of the vehicle, they took it upon themselves to examine "the other side" to verify that the problem was only with the one side.They asked a fair price for the work done, we paid it and were on our way. Five Stars for professionalism, five stars for timely repair, and five stars for value. The repaired system has worked flawlessly for more than five hundred miles at time of this review. This one goes on my list of places to remember.

After having a traumatizing and wallet gauging experience at a car dealership (over an oil change!) the previous day, I took my car to Sturdivant’s to have a tire replaced. I called in the early afternoon explaining that my tire had a hole in it and I needed to get it changed ASAP, they made room for me right away. Before going in I called them three times to confirm the price of the service because of my horrible experience the day before, I’m sure they thought I was paranoid, but they were patient and the entire price (tire, labor, and taxes) was half what the dealership wanted for the tire alone. I really appreciated that the price they told me was the “out-the-door” price and nothing was going to surprise me at check out (unlike the car dealership services). When I got there, everyone was really friendly and my tire changed within 40min. They only did what I asked and didn’t bombard me with or pressure me into extra services that I didn’t want or need. I also appreciated that they had customers wait outside as a COVID-19 precaution. Thank you for restoring my faith in taking my car in for services!

My church friend recommended Sturdivant's to me because of some issues I had with my tires. I was impressed at the service, price, use if a loaner car and all done the same day without an appointment. I now have a new place to take my car for mechanical work and tires. 👍

We've bought two sets of tires from Sturdivant's now and I can say for certainty we won't go anywhere else. While recently changing the tires on my truck they contacted me and said the front breaks were shot, so they took care of that for me too at what I thought was a very reasonable price. Quality car service you can trust and affordable, this place is a unicorn.

Three members of the Sturdivant family work the front desk. They know what they're doing and they will take care of you. I've been doing business with them for 40 years plus. They can take care of most anything your vehicle needs. I own a small business and they have always been there to help keep my vehicles on the road

I received a frantic text from the nanny that our minivan had a very low tire. She had our three kids - ages 2.5, 18mo, and 4 mo - in the car. It was a very hot day with temps above 90. We had never been to Sturdivant’s before, but since it was close by, I suggested she stop and see if they could help. What a relief that they were so kind and accommodating of our impromptu visit - they quickly removed the tire, patched it (- note- didn’t sell us a new tire), and charged us very fairly for the work. Octavio Vacio, the employee who helped us, was kind and even gave us the offending screw as a souvenir :)
It’s uncommon to find a shop that is honest and so speedy. As many other reviewers have noted, they treated us like family. I’m so grateful. Can you imagine waiting 3+ hours with 3 small kids in a dealership or chain store for something like this to be repaired?! No way would a dealer/chain store have patched it... it would have cost me a few hundred bucks for a new tire, plus the aggravation of poor service and stress of the whole experience. I’m thankful that this flat tire introduced us to Sturdivant’s - we will be back. They’ve gained a new customer! Thank you again.

Best repair shop in the area. They've taken care of all of our vehicles for years, preventative maintenance and repairs. Reasonably priced, and they don't try to upsell you. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic this is the spot!

I had a screw in my tire right before Christmas and right as they were about to close. Called from work and Blain asked how fast I can get there. Needless to say the screw didn’t puncture the tire, but still they took the time to help me. I’d highly recommend them for your auto needs. The shop guys were awesome I’d like to also add!
