Edit: The GM got in touch with us, he was able to get our order fixed for us and we went today to pick it up. The manager was amazing and so was the guy who prepared our sandwiches today. He prepared them perfectly and was super nice. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jonestown jimmy johns for being the best around.

Went there yesterday and order 3 #9 giants was so excited because we love jimmy johns till we arrived home and noticed that all 3 of our subs were extremely oily and sloppy. The top buns were all broken apart from the bottom buns. We have never received such slop from the Jonestown location until now. Our kids and us couldn’t even eat our subs. I am overly disappointed in jimmy johns and will not be choosing them to cater my sons birthday party. Total waste of $50+. I wish I got the guys name that made our subs but unfortunately I did not. We went on August 16th 2023 around 7pm.

I'm always happy with Jimmy John's! Excellent selection of sandwiches... my only issue is I tried to use a gift card and regular banking card using the app, but I couldn't split it so I had to go to the store. The 2 gentleman working there were very friendly and helpful and took great care getting my order together quickly and accurately! Thanks Jimmy John's!

Stopped by to pick up something for my mom who's in the hospital. Ordered on the app food was good. The gentleman at the register was polite and courteous.

Tried the new Italian and new Jalapeno Ranch wraps. Great flavors - will buy again. The guys who made them were awesome!

Delicious food. I got the #1.. ham and cheese sub. Very good. Nice choices for free add on. Grandson got#11 an Italian meats sub. Looked so good I plan to get that one next time. Friendly staff. Not busy when we first arrived but got busy soon afterwards. The staff moved the line along quickly and still friendly

Had the #5, Vito sandwich. Delicious as always.

I recently had gastric bypass and was missing subs in my life. Thank you Jimmy John's for helping me with that craving!! Half a Lil John was the perfect size for my new belly. I got the #5 (Vito) so the excess bread is already scooped out for me. I enjoyed every bite and had the other half to eat later!

Jeremiah is EXCELLENT!!!! Really love the great food, great service, overall experience, and well-kept dining space. Truly a joy to visit this Jimmy John's in particular! <3

I always love Jimmy Johns. Today I had an extra special experience at this location. I'm in from out of town and sought out a Jimmy John's for a keto friendly unwich (love Jimmy John's for this option!!) And I happened upon them while the power was out. They still happily provided services- minus soda fountain options. Huzzah! Sandwiches can still be made in the dark! Yet another reason to love JJ! Also, many of my home locations no longer provide sprouts as a topping option which originally came on my favorite Beach Club. To my joy, this one still does.

Large fan of all the sandwiches here. From the quality And freshness of the bread, meats, vegetables, and condiments, to the delicious chips and cookies. Friendly and fast service and love the online And app ordering capabilities.

Love Jimmy Johns! The staff is very warm and friendly. The subs are awesome and their salt and vinegar chips are my favorite.

First time eating anything from here. Pretty good food, staff was friendly and easy going. Fast service on the food. Will try to visit again.

Great food, almost always (1 sub made incorrectly in years) right. Super fast and when I said a crazy amount of peppers they did exactly what I asked.

Excellent place to catch a bite to eat! No complaints here.

Only problem I had was they wouldn't break my $100 bill and I had to run around to 4 different stores, but when I got back he had my subs ready and they were great 😉
