Stopped in the night of the 28th to process an exchange for a wrong item we had received from an online order. I wish I could remember the name of the super kind and patient lady that assisted us! Although they couldn’t do an exchange in store due their inventory, she went out of her way by calling customer service and getting everything handled for us! She refunded and was able to place a new order for us. All in store which was super convenient. Excellent customer service!

I had a very pleasant experience at the Coach outlet store on 8/30/2020. I came in just to browse and I ended up in the retail section of the outlet store. I met this lovely woman named Marlene and she has helped me before in the past and she was awesome she helped me get down a few purses I wanted to look at. She was very accommodating and took her time with me and I was able to have a personal conversation with what was going on with my life at the time and she was just very sweet about it. I ended up purchasing a retail bag and I absolutely love it. If you plan on making a trip, I was suggest you ask for Marlene she will not steer you wrong.She was very accommodating and took her time with me, as I was having a rough day. I value her opinion for good taste in purses and her personality!

I drove out to the Coach outlet in Smithfield to get a replacement for my handbag which was still under warranty (thread for the strap had come undone). Although customer service (on the phone) assured me I could get a like for like NEW replacement, I was skeptical bc we all know how warranties work.
I am happy to say that my initial thought process/ assumption was wrong!
The manager Durema Wilson greeted me at the door and was immediately there to listen to my reason for being in the store and to assist me with my bag swap. All I had to do was show my receipt and I was shown to the handbags I was looking for!
It was by far the most pleasurable, customer friendly experience I have had in a very long time! It was flawless! She and her staff were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and very keen to assist!
I even took note of the interaction she had with staff and I found her to be kind and very aware of any customers, staff and store needs and ready and willing to assist.
I will never again purchase my Coach bag online, but instead will drive to Smithfield (from Raleigh) to visit the store in person! This experience has guaranteed a Coach customer for life!

I haven't been here in a long time but the store is as clean and organized as I remember. The sales associates are so nice and helpful. Right now they have awesome deals. I got an awesome clutch on sale for next to nothing.

Love this store. Coach offers a quality product that doesn't weigh a ton. The leather is quality. Never had a failure in the construction of their purses. The floor staff is knowledgeable and friendly, very approachable, yet without pressure. The prices make leaving without a purchase hard to do. I can only get there twice a year, but it's an event when I do. Love this place.

Exactly the level of customer service you'd expect from a higher end brand, even at their outlet location. Very friendly, attentive, and personable even despite how busy they were. And I looked like a hot mess when I went in too. Seriously was did not look like someone with cash to blow on a few purses and they still treated me like a million bucks.

We had a wonderful experience at the Coach outlet today 2.2.22. The entire staff was attentive to us. All questions were answered and acted upon in a moments notice. Will definitely go back to this location

I had a great time in the Coach store today. The staff was very nice and professional. The discounts they offered were better than any other store in the outlet. Today’s deal was 70% off the entire store and wallets and accessories was an extra 20% off on top of the 70%. I am a extremely happy shopper. So anticipating my next visit to Smithfield!!!

Very good sales and selections

The staff here are always stellar and make shopping here a pleasure. They are helpful without being too pushy. The store is always organized and clean as well. I'm a HUGE Coach fan and the merchandise is high quality.

I have been here several times and the staff is always friendly. They also always have 50% to 70% off. I've gotten great Christmas and birthday gifts here.

I had a wonderful experience at Coach. Very customer friendly and very understanding when I had a difficult time trying to decide which purse to purchase. Will be shopping there again.
