Where do I even begin?! This experience was absolutely amazing. Captain Mark and his wife Miss Linda were the kindest, most knowledgeable couple of people we could have met! They were pleasant.. accommodating… the list goes on! If you want a great experience getting to know the ins and outs of the island, learning about the history of the town, or you just want to take a nice calm boat ride with a side of breathtaking views, SERIOUSLY choose Carolina Beach Inshore Adventures!! I cannot recommend this experience enough. 10/10!!

Captain Mark , was very knowledgeable and professional. Followed all safety rules and procedures. Would highly recomend taking atleast a two hour tour. Thanks again Captain Mark House and Carolina Beach Inshore Adventures . We will be back again , hopefully next time for some fishing.

Capt. Mark took us out for an adventure and despite some crazy wind and weather this week, we had a great time and hooked over 20 fish in a couple hours including a 2 foot, 6-7 lb flounder. He supplied everything and we highly recommend his services!

Captain Mark was fantastic, especially with a couple of teenagers. Very friendly and knowledgeable and kept the kids interested and in the action. Caught several fish and saw some great sights. I would highly recommend him for a great time and fun fishing/sightseeing.

We took our two boys out for a fishing trip and Mark made us feel like we were just hanging out with one of our buddies. He was very professional but so friendly. He put my boys at ease and they both caught several fish. The weather wasn’t great but that didn’t stop our fun. His boat was very clean and all his equipment was well kept. He was quick to respond to all methods of communication. Great guy and great fun! We’ll definitely seek him out on a return trip to Carolina Beach!

Captain Mark was amazing. Our family of four booked with Captain Mark for a boat ride while we were in Carolina Beach for the week. He worked with us to find the best weather day and was extremely responsive. The boat ride was the highlight of our trip. Our sons (7 yrs & 2 yrs) had the best time. Captain Mark was very knowledgeable and was sure to include the boys…even letting our oldest drive the boat! I cannot recommend enough. If we are ever in CB again we will certainly reach out to Captain Mark!

Our family of 4 took a 2 hour boat ride with Capt Mark during our vacation and had a wonderful experience. Mark was very knowledgeable about local history which was very interesting to hear. The "House Boat" was very clean and well maintained. Mark was great with our 2 teenagers making sure to include them in our conversations.

During our long drive home from vacation I asked my 2 teenagers what was the best part of our week long vacation and they both agreed our time with Capt Mark was the best part.

Truly an exceptional experience....my wife said it was a swimmingly good time.

Our family had the most amazing time with Captain Mark on our boat tour. We left the docks in search of an adventure and oh my! This tour exceeded our expectations, Captain Mark is fun, personable, and very knowledgeable, he shared information about the area, and stories along the way. We visited the canals and spotted a few alligators. We took a slow drive past some of the incredible houses. My 2 daughters, sister and myself took a 2 hour boat ride with Captain Mark. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Although we came prepared with drinks and towels, he kindly offered us both. Very happy we chose his company! Captain Mark was very friendly & knowledgeable about the area & current fishing conditions. His boat was very clean & made us feel comfortable right away. He was great with the kids & they really enjoyed grilling up our catches for dinner! We will certainly come back next time we are in the area!

My husband and I took our 4 year old son on a two hour fishing adventure with Captain Mark and it was one of the highlights of our trip! It's a perfect experience for families with young children (or any aged children). Captain Mark was so patient and let our son help drive the boat, play with the bait, and of course, catch some fish. He showed us around some of the inlets, shared fun stories about the area's history, and we got to see a couple gators. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves as much as our son did, and we will definitely be back for future adventures!

We had a great time out on the water with Captain Mark. We even saw some alligators! He was very flexible with planning and responsive to calls and texts. My family loved our 2 hour tour with Captain Mark. The boat was beautiful, he was knowledgeable of the area and its history, easy going, and great with the kids. It was well worth it and was one of the highlights of our trip.

Captain Mark is awesome!! Our 5 and 6 year old loved our fishing trip and warmed up instantly to Captain Mark. We caught fish, learned about the inshore area, boats and different types of fish. Captain Mark has a wonderful demeanor and you can tell he really loves teaching kids to fish. We highly recommend his charter for a vacation activity you won’t regret.

We had a wonderful morning out on the water with Captain Mark. He was incredibly prompt at responding to my inquiry and made our 4 year old’s first boat experience a huge success! We felt completely at ease with him and would definitely do this again. We couldn’t have been happier!

Being our first time in the area we wanted to get out and see some of the islands beauty from a different perspective. I called around and found This place. Mark was great! He was very friendly and down to earth! He made us feel right at home. He took us around and by boat and told us the history of the island and answered the many questions of my kids 😂 he even offered us water and snacks! We will definitely be back! Thanks Mark!

Highly recommend Mark! I have two boys, 5 & 8, and I wanted something they would enjoy without being overwhelmed with large charters. Mark offered a fully customizable tour based on our likes and their ages. The boat was pristine. We loved that it was a private tour so we could be ourselves. Snacks and drinks allowed. As a "local" to Carolina Beach for the last 20 years I've become an amateur historian I guess you could say. I've seen most of the local sites on foot so decided it might be neat to get a perspective from the water so I booked a trip with Captain Mark to "sight see". Sure glad I did. From stories about how the Carolina Beach inlet came to be, to Seabreeze, Snow's Cut, the State Park, Orton Plantation, Ft Anderson, Sugar Loaf down to the batteries at Ft Fisher, the "rocks" and finishing down south with views of the old quarantine station, Price's Creek light station, Old Baldy and the Oak Island light house....you can really see it all in a few short hours. Captain Mark sure knows his stuff. Boat was spic and span. T-tops if you're worried about the sun. All you have to do is hop on the boat and its quite an adventure. Thanks Captain Mark for a great day. We'll do it again some time!
