I wanted to order flowers for my friends Mom after her surgery and was having trouble ordering online from another florist so I thought I would shop local. Ms. Deborah answered the phone when I called and was very helpful, she assured me she would make a nice bouquet for me. Well, not knowing what I was paying for, and what they would look like I was a little worried. But when I saw them after the were delivered I was so pleased.
They were breathtaking! Absolutely beautiful!
I can't thank you enough for all the help you gave me and making my friends Mom happy!

It is a small shop but seems to support the funeral home next door with beautiful arrangements. It was closed early in the day on Saturday when I went.

I’m sure there are more but Cards on the display looked like they had been there a while. A beautiful edifice.

Ordered online a day ahead for simple birthday flowers for a friend who lives less than a mile from the shop. Received an email at 2:43PM on day of delivery saying my order was cancelled because it was "received too late for delivery". I tried to call, no answer. Too late for me to order from another florist, incredibly disappointing.

Shame on you for canceling my order via email without ever calling me. This is not good business practice. I called and spoke to a lady who said she was the designer and could not tell me why the order was canceled, I would have to speak to the manager who was tied up with a funeral consultation. I'm jumping on Facebook and letting every one of my Baltimore friends not to trust you with their business.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Asked for a Happy 40th Birthday in black and gold for my son who is a Steeler fan in Baltimore. Got Purple and Yellow balloons with 49 scrawled on the yellow balloon like a kindergartener. Totally unacceptable!

Our flower order never showed up but we were still charged. What a scam. Disgraceful business practice.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered flowers and was called about card not working. I told them I would come in the next business day to take care of it. Went there and the shop was closed. Went back after work and they said it was too late and that they could not complete the order that was due for delivery the next morning. I explained to them that I came earlier and they said it was not their fault their brother did not open up the shop. The place was dirty and smelled of dog the staff looked like they just rolled out of bed. I was disgusted and very upset when I left. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone !!

What a terrible place. Put order in on 2/6 for 2/14 and they never delivered them. Called next day around at 12:35 and 12:45 (their web page says they are only open 10-6 M-F), and rang forever with no answer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FLORIST!!!! THEY ARE THE WORSE!!!
