Nice little cafe near the mall. The barista really knows his stuff! He asked questions about my drink preferences & based off of them made the best chai latte I’ve had so far! He even put a bit in a small espresso cup for me to try before serving me the whole drink in case I wanted some adjustments to taste. Great service & care for the customer.

Fantastic cafe right across from cross creek mall. I stopped by to get some work done around mid day. There is tons of seating and some spaces have outlets near by so definitely a great place for working remotely or getting some studying done. I ordered the spiced chai with oat milk along with a cannoli and they were both fantastic. I can honestly say the chai was one of the best I’ve ever had. The cannoli was also amazing and this is coming from someone who has eaten cannolis in Italy. The store is also connected to Elizabeth’s Pizza so it’s a perfect place to grab a latte before picking up dinner. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Sean was absolutely amazing as always. He juggled a full house of customers with ease & was so kind. I feel at home as I’ve been coming here over the years. I always bring my clients & meetings here because he makes us feel like we are the only ones.

Great customer service. Gentlemen whom took out our order was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the coffee bar. Especially if you’re craving for some sweets.

I normally don't drink Chai. My BFF and my daughter ordered that I ordered Caramel cappuccino. I tasted the Chai and was soooo good my Cappuccino was lovely I ordered the Gelato so good.the associate working the server was amazing friendly nice the greatest attitude. The establishment immaculate.

Been twice so far and was treated very well. Id go as far as saying probably the best customer service I've experienced in a coffee shop. They opened the door for me and brought the drink to my table. They get the frothing right and the drink itself was rich and delicious (plain cappuccino).
My only minor complaints are that the ambiance could use a bit more of a homey feel and the two different tables I sat at were wobbly.

Best espresso in town. Barista really knows his coffees and traditional beverages. I was so pleased he asked whether I wanted my espresso sweetened and if I preferred tall or short. Extremely polite and had a great conversation while drinking my in-house order. I will absolutely be coming here for all my espresso fixes.

Amazing coffee and a great vibe. It reminded me of the little coffee shops I’d find in Germany. So much better than Starbucks or Dunkin. Great customer service; I am on crutches and the barista even opened the door to help me out some. Will definitely be going back again!

Ordered an iced coffee with a splash of cream and tiramisu to go. Upon receiving the order, I thought the cream to coffee ratio was too high, but the server was nice enough to add more coffee. The coffee was pretty good, though I wish they'd add cold brew to the menu. The tiramisu was the real star! Apparently it was homemade. I'll definitely return for another slice!

Underrated gem.Super chill atmosphere and my favorite coffee in town. If you want an authentic European style latte this is your spot! Also love their gelato!

The coffee was so good I had two (lattes). The barista is a gem and checked on me multiple times during my 4 hour writing session!

One of the best coffee joints I’ve been to in a while and the service was just as good. We wanted coffee but not from Starbucks or Dunkin’ found this place on google and decided to give it a try. The coffee was surprisingly good and the guy making them asked us how sweet we wanted them. The cake there is pretty good and a decent sized slice. Will definitely be going again the next time I’m up that way.

Excellent customer service, employees are really polite and on point, give suggestions and try to make you feel comfortable. Plus the coffees are really well prepared and the selection of sweets is awesome. If I could give them another start I'll do it. Plus, the place is always clean and neat.
