Concept collision took good care of me while they had my truck. They worked hard to get my truck fixed even though parts were on back order and not easy to get in. They were great with communication and overall just amazing, trustworthy, people. Would definitely recommend them!

I took my 2007 Saturn Sky in hoping they could assist with repairing convertible flap. Not only were they are able to fix it!!!! They went above and beyond finding a part needed for the repair! I would recommend them to anyone in the Acworth area if you need any auto body work please give them a call first you won't be disappointed!

Derek and Gail were great! I took my car to them and they were able to provide an on-site estimate and informed me what day I could bring it back to have the work started. Derek informed me how long it would take to complete and he stuck to that deliverable. Customer service from everyone was great and everyone was very friendly. The outcome of the repair was exceptional, as promised, and the estimate was accurate with the work that was completed. After receiving my car back, I noticed an orange peel film on the car. He communicated that it was tree sap from the trees in the parking lot and instructed me to drop the car off to him and he would have his guys clay and polish the car. He even had one of his guys, (cannot remember his name), drop me off at home and come back and pick me up when the car was finished. Big thanks to everyone at Concept Collision Center for a job well done!

Concept Collision did an amazing job, definitely recommend them! First, they were able to get me in right away and did an excellent job! It took a little bit more than I expected but 💯 worth the wait, when I saw my car, it looked brand new. Gail and her family were just sweethearts, gave me a ride home and even delivered the car once it was done! Excellent customer service!

Dudeman these guys are crazy awesome, my neighbor had to have some work dun to her corvette after a deer smashed in to her. We also used them for a custom 2010 camaro after we smashed a racoon and it smashed the spoiler grill bumper lights... yall get it.... and it looks the very same as before it got smashed.

Best place for paint correction and restoration. Saved me a ton of money with the cheap insurance companies not paying out. They are professional and dont let their customers get taken advantage of.

After getting into a hit and run I was skeptical to go to any body shop. This place is amazing! It has such a family vibe and they fixed my car speedy quick and kept it to the quote. If anything unlucky happens to me again I will definitely bring my car here.

Derek and his team are great! The customer service he provided deserved 6 stars. There were a couple of little things at the end that I wanted to change, and with no questions he made it happen. Super easy to work with and as focused on perfection as the customer.

I actually didn't get anything done to my car because of his recommendation. Instead of trying to get my money he recommended I do something else. Like wow. I love concept collision! Highly recommended. I had gotten into an accident and found them through my insurance company. Went to a few places to get quotes and this place fit the bill. Derek was accommodating and so helpful. The paint job on my car is definitely complex with one shop saying they wouldn’t even touch it because of it, but Derek didn’t even hesitate. My car looks like brand new! Even with how long it takes for parts to come in in this day and time, I got my car back sooner than I anticipated. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and expertise!

Took my Dodge Ram in and had the best experience I have ever had! Great people! They matched my color and fixed everything like new! Can't even tell it's been hit! Very respectful, had it done in a timely manner! I highly recommend taking your automobiles there! Also had some custom work done a couple weeks later and they did a amazing job painting my truck and boat to match! I got everything I wanted and more!

Amazing service! This family owned company made taking care of my damaged bumper so easy! They were so friendly and helped us find the best, most affordable option. Everyone was incredibly kind and it was so obvious that they actually care about the customer! Also, totally unexpected but they deep cleaned my car when I came to pick it up... for no extra charge! Best collision center around for sure!!

Wow….. The work they did on my car was exceptional. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the repair, and the overall customer service at Concept Collision. Initially, I took my car to one of the big chains in the area (based on advice from my Ins Carrier). The experience with the big chain was a train wreck.

So, I later took my car to Concept— and could not have been happier with the result. This is a family owned business that takes tremendous PRIDE in their work. The price was extremely reasonable, and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. The Family owned Business is alive and well in Acworth. Trust your car with these folks… they are true professionals. Big thumbs up!

I was the meat in a 3-car insurance seminar. I called these folks looking for info on how to handle the collision. The gal I spoke with talked with me for over a half-hour, instructing me on how things worked and what I needed to do (and not do; since it wasn't my fault). She really helped me get things going correctly.

They did excellent work on the car. I can barely tell where there was any damage. I also had them detail the car while they had it and they managed to get EVERY piece of dog hair out of the interior. It was amazing! The work was done in quick order and they had me back on the road in no time.

Concept has worked on several of my vehicles. The have done excellent work each time and for a great price. They have always given me a good evaluation of what needed to be done and worked to make it happen. I am sure I will use them for my future auto body needs.

Excellent service and work. The staff make you feel valued and take the time to go over repair options as opposed to a take-it-or-leave it attitude. The repair looks fantastic, and they even touched up a small scratch that was not in the original scope. They handled the rental car arrangements, which saved me time. I also saw them help an active duty soldier who talked of having his restoration job declined at other places. I'm so glad I came here.

These guys are great. Went there to repair some minor damage to a bumper. They could have gouged me as it was damage to a third party's car by my daughter in a parking lot. But they came up with a very fair quote and agreeable approach ... recommend these guys as they give it to you straight.
