The clothes are great. I love the clothes. The most important thing is customer service, I love coming to this store because of Linda. Her customer service is 100/10, yes 100/10 no mistake. She makes you feel like family, and that was my first time meeting her. I came back for the clothes, but also the shopping experience with Linda.

I had a fine experience with the staff assisting my friend getting his wedding tux squared away. They were very professional and forthcoming and I couldn't have wished for a better experience as a best man supporting a life long brother.

My husband was highly satisfied with the suit he rented from Jos A. Bank for a recent wedding. The blue three piece he wore as Best Man looked sharp and distinguished.

Went here after a bad experience at Mens warehouse, and I couldn't reccomend it more. The people in here are extremely helpful and go the extra mile. Some of the deals they run are great too. Big shoutout to Kaila for helping me find the perfect suit.

I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! I frequent this store a couple of times a month. My most recent experience, I went and was helped by Aamir. He helped me and was patient with me. I didn’t want to get shoes shipped because of how often I’m NOT in the area. He was professional and his customer service was top notch! Thank you Aamir! You great customer service and patience made me say “GEE-WHIZZ”‼

Ed is the man, helped with a return and got me squared away. Will 100% be shopping here again next time I need a suit!

Excellent customer service from Ed and his staff today. I’m a clueless mom about menswear with a husband who is deployed and Ed knew everything that I didn’t. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. This is the best Customer Service I’ve ever received in Fayetteville.

Swung by this location looking for a coat, ended up buying a top coat and a tie. The staff were friendly and spent ample time showing me different items and how they looked together. I will definitely be shopping here more in the future.

Wow, what a great experience we just had. Kayla was the young lady that assisted us today. She was very patient and knowledgeable with suit selections. She made this experience worthwhile. Will definitely be back.

How have I not been here before? I was driving by and decided to check out an option for a new sports coat. I was greater by a lady who was knowledgeable about the products and qized me regarding my interests. A few measurements later I had a table of options presented for me to try on, mix and match and provide feedback. After each item, the table was restocked with items reflecting the feedback and within a few minutes I had enough new clothes for the entire business week. Thank you for taking care of my wants.

Incredibly helpful staff that takes their time to get to know customer needs and match them with what fits them most. Very impressed with level of service and professionalism.

Went to get a white dress shirt. Measurements were taken but still did not get the right size for my build. I took it back to trade it out and the gentleman was very helpful. I expected questions or some trouble with a replacement but it went smooth and flawless. Replacement shirt was a perfect fit.

Greeted by Ed a manager there who helped suit my husband up for his new job. My already handsome husband will look even better when he goes to work on Monday. Excellent clothes. Excellent service. I highly recommend Jos A. Bank.

Today I had the opportunity to visit Jos A. Bank in search of a dark grey suit. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by one their great staff. After briefly browsing, I was once again greeted and asked if there was anything they could do to assist me. I do want to say that I did take the time to do some research prior to my arrival just in case Jos A. Bank was busy and unable to provide immediate assistance. That was not the case at this particular Fayetteville NC location. Unknown to me at the time, I was greeted and thoroughly assisted by Ed Jackson; store manager. I’m thankful I familiarized myself with a chosen color because that information was vital to establishing the working relationship between Mr. Jackson and I. Before Mr. Ed Jackson directed me to the suits, he took the time to get my exact measurements. I want to mention that because that should absolutely be the first step in this process. Once measurements were complete, Mr. Jackson directed me their “travel” selection which I highly recommend taking a look at. Mr. Jackson and staff are highly knowledgeable and will take the time to explain the differences between selections to assist in your decision making. By this point, I was confident and looking forward to working with Mr. Jackson. I want to point out that during my fitting, Mr. Jackson was there to assess and provide recommendations. Having their assistance “immediately” after trying on the suit showed a level of care. Thank you again for that Mr. Jackson. One key question that Mr. Jackson asked me was “what’s the occasion that you plan to wear your suit?” I replied and he acknowledged with “you want to look as serious and professional as possible.” As soon as we identified the proper suit fitting, Mr. Jackson already had the perfect shirt with tie combination laid out . Of course feel free to ask questions but Mr. Jackson took the initiative to explain why he made that particular selection. One additional comment I want to make about my experience. I’m not from the local Fayetteville area and I currently don’t have a tailor at my new location. With that being said, Mr Jackson took the time to place me in a pair of shoes with my suit back on so he could make the markings for any tailor to assist. That was going above and beyond my initial expectations.
I just want to say thank you again to Mr. Jackson and staff for my suit purchasing experience!

Very knowledgeable staff, more specifically Kaila. She was able to find exactly what we were looking for at the right price. She also ensured the fit before we purchased the suits. I would go back for all my dress needs.

Fantastic experience. I have had nothing but disappointment from Mens Wearhouse so I took a chance on this location of Jos A. Bank, I regret nothing. The store manager Edward Jackson went above and beyond. The effort and skillet demonstrated was something expected from an individual in a much higher position. Thanks to the excellent experience, I will now be handling all of my wardrobe needs at this companies locations. 5 stars.

Lot of other men's apparel shops in the area have terrible reviews, was concerned before going anywhere. This shop was excellent, staff took the time to listen to what I was after, tried multiple options and suggestions, and got it just right.

Cannot recommend highly enough. This is your spot to go.

Linda went above and beyond helping me find some new dress shirts at great prices. Happily helped me sort through rows of shirts to find the right ones and then confirmed with measurements. A great experience.

The staff was absolutely willing to help us find everything I needed. It was a tall order as I tend to get sensory overload and give up quickly. Ed made sure things paired well and we able to be worn multiple ways. They also have a great pair of cole hann shoes everyone should check out.
