Shoe Dept. Encore

Went to get a pair of shoes and I couldn’t find the place so I called them especially after realizing it was almost closing time..The manager literally waited until I got there and was super nice and did not rush me either.

I love this store. I wish they would come to Orland square Mall in Orland park illinois or somewhere around that area. I ordered gray Boots from the customer service lady and she was very helpful. The first time I went there was a year ago in October and I found a pair of brown 👢. The shoe store that's in chicagoland doesn't even come close to beating the variety of shoes. Thanks Shoe Dept. See you next time that I'm in North Carolina.
