Bought a pair of shoes at another store but the mate was a display and had been stretched. So I went to this store to exchange for the same style. They didn't have them, so I thought well I'll just go to another store. But before I could finish that thought the lady offered to order them and have them shipped free of charge to my home. I greatly appreciated her offering this, as I didn't realize it was an option, and now I don't have to go store to store seeking out these same shoes.

First, I didn't know that Rack Room was no longer in the mall. Second, the employee who helped me was customer friendly and he helped with my return with no problem. 👍🏼👍🏼

My daughter browsed rhe store and found some great Doc Marten shoes. The tore is neat and organized. Check out was a breeze and she was friendly.
