Knowledgeable on all things T-Mobile, all our questions were thoroughly and completely answered each, all, and every question my Sis and I threw at them. And believe me, the 2 of us, tech Illiterate woman over 40 has questions galore. Chris, Nia, Ashley, and Syd each answered questions and helped it all make sense to us. Thanks to Ms. Kallie at the T-Mobile store on Ramsey Street. She is a great asset to team. I never had iPhone before she did wonderful explaining how to use the phone. Ten out of ten definitely recommend.

Aja is an exceptional rep. She has gone above and beyond to make the experience with T-Mobile the best I have had with any provider.

From choosing a phone, choosing a plan, and choosing accessories, Aja was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered questions and was patient as we made our choices and decisions.

She assisted with canceling the previous provider, helped with porting our numbers and made sure the switch was seemless.

Yolanda was the representative who helped me. She was amazing. Helped me with 2 new lines and was fast.

Lost internet midday. Spectrum wouldn't help. Essentially closed the business. I called this TMobile location to see if they had quick solution like a hotspot. Coral told me she can set my whole business up with highspeed through tmobile, not just a hotspot. Within a few minutes I was out of there with a way to get internet back to my office immediately instead of waiting on a spectrum tech. All my cameras and security system can still run tonight and I'll be operating normally tomorrow. Also, Now my internet bill is half price and the service is phenomenal.
I can't thank kallie and Coral enough. If it weren't for them, I'd still be struggling with connection issues regularly. Probably the best problem solving skills and quickest service I've gotten. These two need to noticed by corporate, no joke. I'm gonna do my best to steal them to work at my company, lol. Thanks you both again!

I recently moved into a new place and just wanted home internet, Chris was the person who helped me, she was super nice and made the process so quick and easy, her customer service was nothing short of amazing.

My experience was great. Let me share it with you. I had problems with my carrier (Verizon) increasing costs and quietly removing their military discount for my plan. It became clear that I needed to shop around and explore my options with other carriers. I spent the whole day on the phone, yesterday, with AT&T - and it didn't feel right. I didn't like the options they offered or the lack of transparency. Today, I went to the T Mobile store at 4733 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC. When I first went in, I thought they might not have enough associates there to help their customers. I only saw 2. I patiently waited as other customers came into the store. They weren't so patient, and several left. However, after a short wait, I had the pleasure of getting "Kayla" as my sales associate. How lucky that I was! My situation was complicated - transferring 3 lines and the associated data plans. I knew, generally, what I was interested in before I walked into the store, which helped. Kayla helped me, step by step, through the entire process. I couldn't have dreamed of having someone so nice and thorough. Anything that she didn't know, she asked a fellow associate ("Kallie") who was also very helpful. It took awhile to get everything transferred, but I worked with Kayla all the way through the process - and got it done. I know what I'm getting with the plan. My phones are all good to go, now, under the T Mobile service. Best of all, I met some really nice associates, there, who helped me from beginning to end. Kayla was awesome, and so professional and nice. Kallie was awesome, too. The other young lady in there was really nice, as well. I don't know a lot about T-Mobile as a brand...etc. I just know that they had some great people patiently helping me, and I'm so very grateful for this experience. It made my day. Thank you to those employees for being so patient and helpful. Truly. It was a great day, today!

They were fantastic! We needed to have our phones switched from Sprint over to the T mobile network. It took longer than usual because one of us couldn't remember their password and pin number. But they were patient and understanding ❤❤

The store manager Mackenzie is great. She found the perfect phone for me by tailoring the phone to my specific needs. Then she found me the best deal ever! I'm so glad to be in the store. During this pandemic it's so nice to come in and get the human interaction of the sale. I am so glad to get the phone I actually want at the price I wanted. Thank you Mackenzie D.

I needed to move my personal cell over to my business account, which seems pretty easy and I attempted to do it myself at home on the phone. Not sure what's going on with the phone support as of late however, it reminded me of Sprint customer service via phone: indefinite transfers and then call drops- Every time. After the 3rd time and a few hours in, I decided to go back to the store the following day.
Cheryl and Shaun were there as the day prior and Cheryl agreed to help me resolve the issue.
There were a few key areas where I would have been completely upset and Cheryl handled everything professionally, with attention to each detail before I had to ask. My personal line is now on my business account, upgraded to a new phone and received a better plan.
Every associate at this location was friendly, helpful to each customer who walked in while we were there and knowledgeable about products and services.
I appreciate the high level of service and customer care in resolving my concerns.

The T-Mobile techs at this location were extremely helpful and nice. Kallie went out of her way to help me and Sean was helpful too. After getting the run around at another location it was refreshing to be assisted by techs that knew exactly what they were doing. Thanks guys!

I have experienced the most patient kind and helpful associates that I've ever encountered. They've helped tremendously with a new phone and issues we h experienced my the new phone that I did not know how to rectify. If more TMobile associates were customer oriented WOW it would be amazing to say the least. This has been a spectacular experience with ppl we just met that treated us like family.

Yesterday my husband and I went in to get info on plans and devices. Chris helped us and did a great job. By the time you leave the store you definitely feel part of the T-Mobile family. Thank you for making our visit smooth and easy.
