Visited yesterday Sept.6, 2022 for assistance with my pixel 6. I received amazing customer service from Alexis. She was courteous and friendly, working diligently to resolve my issue (which she did). Her coworker Corinthia stepped in to assist and was also very knowledgeable. This dynamic duo deliver custom service, and truly made my day!

I was frustrated with sprint over the phone customer service and not in a good mood when I arrived to upgrade my daughters phone. Stephen was great! He maintained a positive attitude through my smart remarks and sighs of annoyance. He went above and beyond to make things as smooth as possible and still made sure I got as much savings and reduction in my bill as possible. He even made sure he was discreet in informing me that I needed to pay my past due balance in order to upgrade, and I appreciate small things like that. Keep up the good work

I highly recommend this store an it’s employees very friendly and understanding I was helped by a lady name Tamara. I came in for a upgrade an to add my daughter’s phone to my account. I was nervous about getting anything base on my credit history but it was better than I thought Tamara did a great job of explaining everything to me made me feel sure about my decision. The transaction was so smooth and flawless. You could tell she knows what to do and takes pride in her work.

My experience at this location was amazing!! I have had Tmobile for quite some time now & I've never had a person so dedicated to their job as Tamara was. She was extremely professional, helped me add on a few lines & she was very knowledgeable about the services you offer. She did amazing job. Your store rocks!

Customer service was amazing! I recently moved to the area and visited this store for the first time to upgrade my phone. I told Tamara about my past experiences with T-Mobile stores and she made sure that I was taken care of and was given the best customer service. She was kind, patient, and knowledgable!

They were awesome!!!! I got 2 iPhones and a galaxy S21+ and they made the whole process easy for me and my family. I had issues with my card and they waited for me to run to the atm and come back. Marcus, Joshua and Corinthia made sure we were happy with everything!! It was cool to see some chill employees in the store who conversated and laughed with us the whole time we were there. We walked out satisfied and I had to leave this review cause they were awesome!!

The prices are really good and they have good packages. An excellent service.

Definitely recommend this store for any issues you may have or even if you’re looking for a company to start cellular service with. Had an amazing experience. Semaj was very helpful and took the time to make sure that everything that I needed was completed correctly and efficiently! My husband and I had a great experience with Stephen. He was incredibly helpful with setting up our new line. He spent over an hour with us answering questions and assisting with everything that we needed. Definitely recommend!

Semaj gave excellent customer service. He displayed a great attitude, was very patient and answered all my questions to the best of his ability. In the years of dealing with T Mobile, he was one of the best representatives that I've had the pleasure of meeting.

Great service. Destiny (I hope I spelled that correctly) really spent the time to help me get exactly what I wanted. Her manager was also very helpful to ensure the i received the deals I was after with regard to purchasing 2 new galaxy s20 + phones. Would not hesitate to go back for any future issues that arise with my service.

My boyfriend and I went to get new phones and switch my phone plan from Verizon to Tmobile, and the service could not have been any better. The manager Latonya and Customer Service Rep Stephen were absolutely amazing at meeting our needs, and making sure we had the best service possible. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Latonya did a great job helping me get everything set up and transferred. She showed a lot of patience and showed me how to use my new phone. Excellent customer service and great conversation. She is a jewel.

Today I received outstanding service at T-Mobile. Me and my grandmother came in into this location for new phones. LaTonya and Kristyle helped so much with me and my grandmother they were both friendly, nice, patient and also gave out the time to teach me and my grandmother about our new phones. They showed us great customer service! I give these ladies 2 big thumbs up 👍👍.

I'm a business traveler and was in urgent rush to get a phone charger. I mapped the closest T-Mobile and w my phone on 1% called the store to see if they were open. Andrew answered the phone greeted me the door processed by order and had me out quickly.
