Front desk staff were amazing every time I talked to them. Very personable & helpful. We have twin toddlers, which means traveling with a ton of stuff. They put us on the first floor right by the hallway exit door for easy load & unload. I was worried about the foot traffic but we never heard a thing.
The room was beautiful (obviously recently redone) we stayed in the 1 bedroom suite & there was tons of space for the toddlers to wonder around & stretch their legs from the long drive.
Bring socks to wear in the room because the floors left us with black feet after a bit but that’s with most hotels honestly.

Nice room, lots of space, clean. The larger fridge/freezer was helpful. The included breakfast was great and the fitness room was really nice too. They have a peloton as well as a variety of other machines and weights. You can do your laundry while you exercise and can swipe your card for the laundry so you don't need a ton of quarters. They have Charge point EV chargers as well, which was super convenient. Enjoyed our stay- it felt really clean and comfortable. It was convenient to Fort Liberty as well.

We've stayed a couple times at this location. The staff has always been absolutely wonderful.

The breakfast choices are great, too.

Great hotel near lots of good restaurants & shopping. We really enjoyed our overnight stay here & it will definitely be our go hotel when we visit the area. Comfy beds & clean rooms. The laundry room is located inside the gym which is pretty cool- my hubby was able to get in a workout while washing a load of laundry.

I booked a double queen room through a third party company and when we arrived at the hotel, there were no double rooms available. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The hotel was clan and had everything we needed, but the most exceptional thing about the stay was definitely the excellent customer service. April and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic, including great tips on things to do while we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a very pleasant stay, the hotel itself was excellent, but the staff went far and beyond a simple 5 stars, I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I will definitely use this hotel for my next visit to Fayetteville.

It was our first trip to Fayetteville, NC, so we didn't know how the area would be. Very nice location nor too far from anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was responsive to our needs, and the amenities were decent. Including wrapped fruit for the guests Iin fruit bowls by the elevator. The parking was plentiful. The room had a great suite layout with 2 queen beds, and two closets. A nice kitchen with silverware and dishes you might have at home. You could also request a hot plate. I would definitely return for another stay.

Very clean & fresh...all extra pillows & blankets were already available in the room in sealed bags. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't complain about my stay even if I wanted to. Keep up the GREAT work & extraordinary customer service. Upon checking in, the night of my arrival, everything went so smoothly, and the rep. whom helped me at the time of checking in was very sweet, cordial, and made sure we had everything we needed. A+ on Customer Service.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't asked for anything better. From the staff at check-in to the cleaning staff they were very courteous. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had quite a few options for a quick to go Breakfast. The hotel is close to many eateries, you can even walk to a few of them. Would definitely stay again when in Fayetteville.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I can't say enough about the friendly staff, comfortable lodgings, and cleanliness of the whole property. Our room was great, we wished we could have stayed longer! Breakfast was AMAZING!!

First, big "shout out" to Tyrone for Sunday morning coffee!!! Got us started for our long road trip. Very nice hotel conveniently located to restaurants on Ramsey St. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They made you feel at home! Roma are clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast! Highly recommend and we will return.

This hotel is clean and in perfect location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I needed a roll in shower and I had no problem with getting all our handicap needed met. It was home away from home2. :-)

A stunning place to stay, surrounded by all your needs. And pet friendly, which I was not aware of, so if you are allergic to pets, this is not the place for you. ( I have nothing against pets.) Just would not like to have been in a room, that one was in. “Hope there is a well-thought-out plan for the allergic.” Did not like the fact, of paying the amount, I paid for booking a ahead, and on the day of check in, seen it on a website for less. Which I called when book, and was told no rooms available.

stayed here twice coming and going back from Florida. Clean room great service... Kalahari and DIamond were very helpful with any question i needs.

I love being able to grill my food outside. There is designated a nice well lit area connected to the building it not like you have to walk a few yards where grills accessable. Also if you have a guest with you young or old they should find their stay delightful as well.

This is an amazing place to stay. The Staff is awesome and they pride themselves ensuring great customer service. All of the employees are friendly and courteous. The management are true professionals. My wife and I stayed almost two months. The food was great. Their Chef was awesome and had a great eye for presentation. Their social from Mon - Thurs was great. Wine and beer with your meal. I would recommend this Hotel to all my friends. The room service staff was great and always available 24-7. Thank you for a great stay.

My room was spacious and comfortable. Great for the price! The gym wasn't big, but very functional. Also, the continental breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. I would recommend staying here. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom door seemed a little invasive when opened in the bathroom, but that really wasn't a big deal.
