Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville Fort Liberty

Hotel was beautiful. I would recommend. I loved how spacious the room was. Not to far from eateries. Nice & quiet. Pool was just too cold.

The Staff is wonderful, excellent treatment at all times. I would like to highlight the attention of Naomi, she was very sweet and attentive to us. I also met Jose, he gave us a lot of information about the hotel. The breakfast was very good, but I think they should increase the options of this

Spent the night for a work trip. Very nice accommodations,clean,spacious rooms. Great little bar and the bartender was awesome (wish I could remember her name).

This hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. As soon as we came in the front door it just smelled fresh and was very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient, Fun pool and hot tub. Polite staff. Trey and Mildred were awesome. Nicely appointed room. Beautiful Lobby. Comfortable bed. A+

Stayed here with my wife for the night. We got the suite with the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, which was a must for us. She’s obsessed with big garden tubs with jets.

As soon as we walked in the place smelled of cleanliness, which is always a good sign. The place was very clean. All the staff that we talked to were very nice and friendly.

When we got to our room I noticed the fridge was over heating. Called the front desk and within minutes they had maintenance there replacing it with another one, which was great cause we had a bunch of drinks and wine. And that was another thing, we forgot our corkscrew opener and they had one down at the front desk that you could borrow, or just take your bottle to the bar in there and they would open it for you as well.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again and get the same room ( room 235 ) Pretty sure I saw I tear in her eye when we had to leave and she had to say goodbye to the tub. She would have taken it with us if she could have lol.

We have stayed at the Hilton twice and the staff is always courteous and professional. Rooms are clean and restaurants close by. Nice little bar and quaint seating area in the lobby.

The hotel was ok, but this review is specifically for the restaurant. The food was your basic hotel food, but the service was excellent. Our servers name was Cynthia and she was so warm and welcoming. She went out of her way to be nice and is an outstanding server. Kind of rare for Fayetteville. She was definitely a bright light. Thanks Cynthia!

We stayed here as a birthday getaway for myself. The location was great. We were able to walk to chuck-e-cheese from the hotel, which was great because we were pulling a 35-foot gooseneck. The hotel staff were very helpful about where to park our vehicle, things we needed for our room, and making sure we felt safe since it is the city! The hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, which was such a bonus having a 6 year old. The pool was great, we were able to go in late at night and they even raised the heat and brought us towels. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it for this area. We'll be staying again, that's for sure!! This was a fantastic getaway for us, and the hotel was the cherry on top. 😁

For the price, I was pleased with the room and amenities, such as pool and fitness area. The location was convenient and everyone was courteous.

A wonderful hotel! Modern, very clean and excellent customer service. The rooms were immaculate and well stocked with all the little amenities. They have a small onsite bar and served continental breakfast in the morning. Not a buffet. Price ranges from 10-18$ depending on what you order. I stayed in a king bedroom and it was huge! Lots of parking and places around to eat. I’m a diamond member and was very pleased with this hotel and customer service. The town is a little dodgy, but I felt safe at this hotel and would stay here again.

Our receptionist Gian was adorable and the absolute best! He was so knowledgeable and helpful, he helped us learn policies, procedures, and all the amenities! I enjoyed staying at the Hilton Garden Inn! And I cant forget how pet friendly they were! It was all worth it! Room was extremely clean , and bed was AMAZING!

We loved this place. I believe the ladies who checked us in were Malissa possibly Marissa and Crystal were very warm and had good knowledge of great places to eat. They recommended Luigi’s Italian restaurant. It was an exquisite meal. The service was amazing. Definitely recommend it. If you choose to stay here don’t get a room that’s adjoining. Not very sound proof.

Love the area, the lobby and room cleanliness, service, and breakfast service. The location of nearby stores etc. Are about 5-10 miles out, very convenient. Booked a room with a whirlpool and loved the layout of the room. I would love to come back!

Very nice stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed sheets were clean, and no signs of bugs. Towels were nice, tissues had a nice little flower in them. AC worked really well and had a nice digital wall control. The room had a safe, microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee machine.

Great Hotel. Friendly and competent Staff. Clean and Quiet Rooms. Everything you want from a Hotel. Had to book this spur of the moment because I had to flee another hotel located on I95 because an employee at that hotel threatened my life for my refusal to accept bad service and wanting to leave with a refund. Desk clerk , Kaela ,I believe I hope I spelled it right was wonderful and accommodating and got me a room immediately. So lucky to have found this place.

Very clean which is most important but there were so many things to love about this spot. Modern furniture, and excellent lighting including reading lights. Big TV, fridge, microwave, comfortable bed right amount of pillows, and the shower was the best hotel shower ever. I could say more but you should visit this place yourself. My only complaint is the water pressure at the sink was too low.

Nothing negative to say except I wish there was free breakfast! Room was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and professional. Location was central, yet tucked away for easy departure.

Stayed here for one night, and was very satisfied. The lobby was clean and smelled nice. Customer Service was great, and the hotel room was clean, smelled good, did not notice any bugs of any kind. The only issue I had was that the ice machine was out of order, but other than that everything was good. Great experience! Will be staying here again.

Fantastic experience at the Hilton Garden Inn a little off I95 (about a 15 minute drive from the highway). One of the only hotels in the area with an indoor pool. The hotel was beautiful and they had great parking even after a late night of driving. Room was spacious and clean for a King and really nice touch with all the different kinds of lighting. My room also had a mini fridge, a microwave, and long counter that also had a lot of space to spread out all your belongings to pack and organize. Bed was so comfortable and room had a sweet touch to press a button on the wall and adjust the automatic shade up and down. Melissa at the front desk was fantastic! If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay while driving on I95, I suggest this hotel or one near Fort Bragg as I read many reviews of the ones directly near I95 not being a great experience. There are many shops and restaurants less than a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Many close at 10PM so you may have to plan accordingly if arriving late as that is when options for food are limited. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay and I will definitely be back on the next part of my trip!
