I started my lemon law journey by trying to secure the services of 3 highly rated “no fee” lawyers. That didn’t go well at all and after being ghosted by one and never being able to contact or speak to the actual lawyer of the others, I decided to give Michael Flinn a call. After meeting with him in person, he agreed to take my case and he helped me secure a manufacturer buyback where I received all my 8 months of car payments back from the manufacturer.

Mr Flinn does charge an initial fee but you get what you pay for and I highly recommend you don’t use one of the no fee law firms and go to a professional like him. Because Mr Flinn won the case on my behalf, the manufacturer also refunded the initial retainer I paid to him so I still ended up not incurring any legal fees. He was always very responsive and got back to me within a few hours at most. He is a man of few words but is always professional and I always felt that he had my best interests at heart.

He is your guy if you have a lemon law claim!

I live in Maryland and I had an issue with a car dealership in Atlanta, GA. I reached out to Michael's law firm and gave them the details. When he called me, he was very efficient and professional, and gave me the correct phone number to call and who to email. Within a couple of hours, the salesman who was yelling at me through the phone at the dealership called me back to apologize and said that I would be getting my full refund. I am still waiting for it, but Michael was very helpful connecting me to the right people. He never mentioned a fee or anything!

I purchased a vehicle with undisclosed problems and the dealer and loan company were unwilling to work with me. I reached out to several attorneys prior to Michael Flinn who were also unwilling to work with me. Mr. Michael Flynn helped to resolve this issue in a matter of hours. Something that I had been unable to resolve in over a month.
I did complete the online form and had to follow up twice but I did receive a response in the same week and would gladly take a slight delay for the outcome I received.
I am so incredibly thankful for the help I received from Michael Flinn and cannot recommend his services enough. Hopefully I never find myself in this situation again, but I know where to go if I do!

Working with Attorney Flinn was a great decision. Dealing with a lemon law case is stressful and time consuming. Attorney Flinn and his firm were always on top of any questions I had (and I had many), along with taking the lead on all communications with the manufacturer. He was honest & didn’t advice for me to become a client of his, as the amount I was suing for would more than likely be given back to him in fees. He still took the time to email me over a few things to help guide me with filing a lawsuit on my own (I won my case by the way) can’t recommend this law firm enough!

Reading the reviews and I’m not sure what people are talking about. While I haven’t met Mr. Flinn in person, I did reach out to his office (twice) and through his website. Each time I called I could not of gotten a warmer person on the phone. They were to the point and informed me that he would be out of the office until the following Monday. I was given the name of a couple of other attorneys who could help if I couldn’t wait. Well we all know when something bad happens to us we want to speak with someone at that moment. I called the other attorney’s and to date one has never returned my call and the other offered to do a phone consultation with me in 3 weeks for $90.00. At this point I called Mr. Flinns office back, asked for a return call and decided to wait. He promptly emailed me first thing Monday and gave me the legal advise I needed and NEVER asked for a dime. I might also add he was super prompt with the back and forth emails. We are hoping we can settle things on our own but if we can’t I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Flinn based on my interactions with him. And I’m not sure about others but I’m super grateful for the time he gave to me, again for free. I guess you can’t make everyone happy all the time but for me I could not have asked for anything more than what he’s already given me. Mr. Flinn wrote a single email to the dealer that sold me a vehicle with undisclosed damage to the front end. The dealership bought the car back from me in full, including all finance costs. I purchased another vehicle from the same dealership and I am beyond pleased. Mr Flinn took my case and got me a settlement I was pleased with to say the least. He is direct and to the point which may be taken as being rude but I wasn’t looking for a new friend, I was looking for someone to get the job done and he did.
