Red Lion Inn & Suites Fayetteville at Cross Creek Mall

The property is deceiving. The grounds are very well maintained. The room; however are not so.well kept. The shower curtain had considerable mildew, the hair dryer was sticky from where someone had used a lot of hair products and gummed it up. The bed was clean, but I don't think we will stay there again.

This is my second time visiting the Red Lion Hotel and at first I didn't think much about it from the outside but I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who's trying to find an environment that's friendly, safe, and somewhere you can call home. The AC actually works and functions and the rooms are always spotless and clean.(Which I'm very picky about) The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is pretty rare for most of the hotels that I go to! I'm a college student that travels around and knowing this place is really affordable with a great quality living space is substantially overwhelming is definitely worth visiting and staying at. It's definitely my go-to whenever I'm around the area!

Value, I do a lot of business travel and I cannot remember a time where I received such good service from the staff. Even in high-end hotels. I was skeptical at first but staying here over a week I definitely see why they have so many good reviews for such a affordable hotel. April went out of her way to help me and the lady who runs the breakfast very nice, very professional. Close to everything.Oh I almost forgot, maintenance staff recommending restaurants in the area. Too funny thanks for the suggestions for dinner. I have a new rule always take dinner suggestions from a big man.

We had to stay here due to evacuating for hurricane Florence from myrtle beach. This is a nice place to stay, the staff made us feel very comfortable even when the power went out. The front desk ladies werw exceptionally nice even through the chaos! That's great hospitality! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy! I highly recommend this as your stay!

My father in law just stayed here for a week and was extremely happy with the hotel and staff. Staff were personable, friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. He has nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Thank you for making his stay enjoyable!

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The staff was very professional and so incredibly friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was the best I've ever had; they had a nice variety of items to choose from and the choices of beverages was large. They kept the counters clean and the tables clean to keep guests moving right along. I was 100% pleased with every aspect of my stay and if in the area again, I will most definitely choose this location. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my family comfortable and well nourished.

This is a budget friendly, professtional, well run establishment. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
This is my second stay here from New Jersey in 6 weeks due to loss in the family. The staff were magnificent.

Great place to spend the night to break up our long drive from Florida. Check-in and check-out process were quick and easy. We asked for room near the elevator, as we hate those long walks down the never-ending hallways. We stayed in room 326. It was the room that was closest to the elevator, which was great, but it was also next to the door that lead outside (to the elevator, which was outside). We could hear that door open and close once in a while when we were awake, but it wasn't loud enough to wake us up.

Room was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly.

We chose this Fairfield because it only required a category 1 reward certificate, probably because it is about 10 min off I-95. The Fairfield locations closer to the highway required a category 3 certificate, which is twice the number of reward points. It was definitely worth the extra drive to save half the points.

Love this place! I come every year for an event. Everyone is so nice! Ya just gotta keep in mind that it's not a 5-Star hotel. If you're on a budget and need a decent place to stay, consider the Red Lion Inn.

Best Hotel ever !! very clean and worth the price ! Most of all amazing pool , great breakfast, Laundry room and u also have a gym ! What else can u expect best Place to stay in North Carolina u wont regret it your near the mall and all ! Most of all great receptionist in front desk his name is James he works in the morning shift he is the best ! Love this place everyone seems to be very kind and caring especially James !

I can't say enough about how much my family appreciates this place. We've just relocated back to NC from South Jersey for a position at a local college, and it has been VERY difficult. Especially the area being hit with the hurricane. But, the staff here is amazing, no other hotel has the spirit that they have at Red Lion Inn. It's close to everything. People could complain about the rooms, but what if you didn't have a place to be? They're not like Omni Hotel rooms, but they're completely comfortable, the breakfast is a real one, and it's free. If you speak to the staff like they're the hard working people that they are and not slaves, you'd understand how far that takes you. My wife usually does the checking in while I'm working, and she spoke so highly of the staff, I had to see for myself. They are amazing. They've gone far and beyond they're job description to see that we were absolutely taken care of and sound. For the prices of most, if not all hotels in the city, this is hands down the best place. He always takes his time to give me adequate attention and let's me know about everything I need to know about my room stay.. To sum it up .. Jovan the General Manager is the best person you will ever meet. Him and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all guests are comfortable and satisfied to the fullest. He goes out if his way to provide anything he possibly can for his guests. This Hotel is on the up and up. Newly renovated and conveniently located in the heart of Fayetteville. I can't say enough about Jovan and his staff! I will not stay anywhere else when visiting Fayetteville. Also you must meet the incredible James when you come. The hardest working man I know and very entertaining!! Thank You Red Lion.

Great place to stay! Booked on Expedia and happy I did. Very close to Ft Bragg, easy access to highways and other areas. Traffic was easy to negotiate here. Red Lion has remodeled, room is clean, excellent condition, staff is SUPER FRIENDLY, say hello to Montrell ( Front Desk) and Cynthia ( breakfast)! Happy staff, beautiful lobby, business center, workout room and pool facilities! Everything at this location is a big 5 star hit!

Booked this without looking at it closely and was disappointed when we pulled up and saw it was more of a motel setup. But the room was clean, the staff was super nice, and the breakfast was just as good as a lot of mid tier Marriott's. Color me surprised... Shouldn't judge a book by the cover.

The staff was nothing short of amazing! Breakfast was delicious. The hospitality warm warming on many levels. This is a great place to stay. They deserve 100 stars!!!

This hotel is the BEST HOTEL I have stayed at in N.C. My husband and I come every year to N.C. and we stay at other hotels and we NEVER have gotten the type of service we got here, from the front desk ladies, maintenance man, to house keeping. I had a birthday party to attend and I forgot to purchase tape to wrap the gift. I asked Janet at the front desk if I could use some of hers with a smile she handed me scissors and tape. Later in the evening when I return to my room the Wi-Fi was acting up I informed AMY who was working front desk she told me she is aware and on the phone with I.T. In 15 min. she calles me back letting me know she still working on the problem. I went downstairs to use the lobby computers and I really did see her on the phone with I.T. some employees will tell the customer anything to get them off there backs and never actually did it. But not here they actually do what they say. I can go on all day about this hotel from staff, to service, to cleaness. This is the kind of service customers appreciate. My husband and I just kept talking about how GREAT our experience here has been and how we definitely will return here.

I always stay here whenever I am in Fayetteville or at Fort Bragg for duty. Excellent staff, immaculate rooms, great housekeeping and a location that just can't be beat. Less than ten minutes to post, right next to Cross Creek Mall and within walking distance or a five minute drive to everything nice in Fayetteville. Prices are a great deal. Highly recommended.

Our 5 day stay was wonderful. Our room was clean & conffie. Everyone was so polite & helpful. I was supplied with my chocolate milk every night. Your washer & dryer had my 2 loads clean, dry and done in a snap, & you carry Bounce dryer sheets !! And breakfast was delightful, I could munch Harvey or have a nice light meal of fruit or yogurt. Great tv show choices
And our evening swims were burr just enough to chill the days heat off.It was just an all around GREAT stay and when we return will stay Here again. Thank you to The Fairfield team. The Haddens
