Have done two closings there over last few years.
They have a good delivery system for the prep time leading up to the closing. Office is easily accessible. Appointments are carried out on time in a very professional but warm manner. We did in person closing but they have and take all needed safety precautions for the present Covid environment. We worked with Phil on our most recent visit. It was a very pleasant experience.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Andrew Lovvorn at Tisinger Vance!! Anything I sent him I had the document or an answer within hours. I was extra impressed when I sent him something to change at 4:50pm expecting it not to be seen until next day. He had the edited document back to me that evening!
