Embassy Suites by Hilton Fayetteville Fort Liberty

Very nice Embassy Suites.
The hotel looks newer. The lobby and breakfast/bar area have plenty of seating. A mix of couches and tables with chairs. Very very clean. Our room was spotless with no issues.
Breakfast service was excellent. Great selection of breakfast options and tons of staff around to help and tidy up. The breakfast buffet was extremely clean.
Staff attendants Barbara and Diana were exceptional, as was everyone else.

Only negative was the pool— murky water. Lots of children swimming but we were not going to get it.

Overall, a 5 start stay and would recommend.

They use your key card to turn on the lights in the room, I was a little confused about the procedure. Apparently you have to leave the key card on the slot beside the door so lights stay on otherwise they go right back off. The room is beautiful and the comfiest bed ever! They do charge for premium wifi, never heard of that before. They have shampoo, conditioner and lotion attached to the wall with a pump for you to use. Guess they got tired of the little bottles. Free wifi works fine, I was able to stream with no problems. This was a suite with coffee and a tea bar a microwave and fridge. They have a complimentary breakfast but I have to leave for the work event before it starts. 😢 Would have loved to try that. There is a restaurant downstairs and a snack vending area with lots of options. Employees were very accommodating and nice.

Loved our room except the toilet made a loud noise after flushing. Fantastic free breakfast made eggs, omelets and pancakes to order. Fresh fruit as well. Great lounge to have a drink in the evening

It's a super-friendly facility. It is one of the best I have seen staying with Hilton for over 20+ years as a Diamond Member. The hotel is super well-maintained, and everything is in top-notch condition. The breakfast was just as amazing.
The only issue was getting my Diamond Bag, which I had to ask for a few times. Yet, Addi at the front desk finally fulfilled my request. Besides this, I typically give this a 4-star due to the hiccup at check-in. However, the condition of the facility, room, and overall kindness of the staff quickly make up for the situation. v/r, Dr. K. King

First time here the staff was nice and friendly. The room is a little wear and tear don't stay in 327 3rd floor if u like a view of outside. The breakfast was good, saturday was pancakes and bacon etc... Pancakes were made ahead I think to keep up with the customers so it was a lil cold but a lot of options and the food was still good. Sunday was French toast, sausage I think replaced the bacon for that breakfast. The bed was very comfy, no torn sheets in my room. I need that mattress and top cover in my home.

This is a very nice hotel with great amenities. The made to order breakfast amenity is nice and I slept very comfortably in my suite. But I didn't like the rain showers. It's a cute trendy idea but when you don't want your hair wet it's a chore to keep your neck turned up, down or sideways to keep it dry. Also the shower water flooded from under the shower door. I stepped out the shower into a bathroom floor covered in water. Also, the parking lot if freshly paved and VERY slippery when wet.

This is my go-to hotel in Fayetteville. Right across street from the largest IMAX theater in town, plenty of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes, free drinks at the hotel bar from 5:30 to 7:30 and all you can eat made to order omelet breakfast. Heated indoor pool and hot tub. This place is fabulous 👌

As a mom who works full-time sometimes you just need a getaway. I booked the embassy suites just for an overnight and was wowed at the professionalism of this institution. From my check in with Johnny, to the cleanliness of the room I was well impressed. Don't let me forget the courtesy of the staff at the Flying Spoon who lent me a whole charger because I forgot my own or the breakfast staff who were super king and accommodating. 10/10! I will definitely be returning! Thank you guys for making my stay great.

Nice bathrooms and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. All food was hot with omelets made to order. The staff was nice. Although I don't understand why I couldn't just book a room inside the hotel I had to walk out to my car and book online😒

The hotel was located conveniently to the business I was there for and to good restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Everything was in good repair, quiet for sleep, and clean. The rooms aren't big, but they're plenty big enough for the purpose. The breakfast buffet was well worth the stop, which is too often not the case at other hotels. I'll stay again.

My wife and I went for a quick trip into town for the weekend. We LOVED our stay here. The staff was awesome. The grounds are well cared for. This is a newer Embassy with very clean rooms. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the hotel kitchen has some surprisingly tasty menu options.

The Embassy Suites is the perfect mini getaway I needed. I always choose to stay here from the complimentary Manger hour which is two drinks free from 5pm to 7pm free breakfast with an made to order omelet of your choose and amazing other food sections, the restaurant is amazing as well with a variety of yummy foods to choose from. Can't forget the other section of the restaurant that makes delicious drinks, cakes, and sandwiches and have starbucks within. The pool is wonderful along with a hot tub and the fitness center is great and wonderful way to stay healthy. I will continue to come back for the amazing shower I felt so relaxed from the shower to my bed it was like paradise. If you need an escape or just want to relax please come here you will have a wonderful stay!

Great place with large rooms and very clean. 2 free drinks per night at bar was nice touch. Breakfast was both self serve and had fast made to order for omelets and others breakfast staples. Restaurant was good. Gym very clean and well setup

PERFECT HOTEL / MANAGER'S RECEPTION & STAFF MAKES IT MORE WORTH IT!
I have been to literally a few thousand hotels, and this one has it all. The Hilton and Embassy Suites brand are a sure bet and have earned their keep, no doubt. But, part of what made this place so worth it was the combination of the Manager's Reception every evening in the hotel lobby lounge & restaurant.

Surrounded by artsy decore and all kinds of comfortable seating, one can truly relax here, adding to that the free drink tickets for the bar, buffet of snack foods, and their well done restaurant called the "Flying Spoon." Everything that I have had from their menu was literally "top shelf." This is not typical bar food for fast food. Hilton/Embassy Suites really does their menu and drinks here right. Most of all, what made this experience here the best ever, was the very attentive, professional, and helpful waitress during the reception named "Grace."

The strength of any hotel chain, lounge, restaurant, or otherwise establishment is their staff. They have done right in this regards and it makes all of the difference to those of us traveling.
That, and the menu for their lobby restaurant is tops! If you are into health, taste, or are just super hungry, this is the place!
Their salads in particular are works of art!
Read the reviews of competing hotels in the area, and you will see that this is the obvious choice!

The hotel was impressive. It had a very welcoming atmosphere right from the first time stepping into the front door. Suite are really nice roomy and comfortable. If you're traveling as a family the sofa turns into a pull out bed. Every area I went through was clean and it's close to food shopping and entertainment. But not so close that you feel like you're staying at the mall. I would recommend this location. I couldn't speak to service because I didn't use any. But they do serve breakfast and there's a Starbucks in the lobby.

BE SURE TO GET A PHYSICAL CARD KEY! You'll need one for the lights and this was not made clear at check-in or when booking the room.

They also do not allow their breakfast to be taken outside of the dining area (up to a room for sleeping kids/spouse).

Ask about getting a room opposite the side facing the interstate.

Otherwise the room was great and would definitely go back!

We have stayed here at the Embassy Suites many times. The staff and accommodations were impeccable. My husband and I were very impressed how the employees take pride in there hotel. The cleanliness is out of this world. I never see employees just standing around doing nothing. When their not busy I really noticed that they take the time to interact and take the time to get to know the customers. We always feel welcomed from the time we arrive to the time we leave. My husband and I highly recommend Embassy Suites and we will continue to return when making trip to visit family or traveling to other locations.

Nice hotel, great location, but the pillows SUCK. This hotel is pretty nice, the staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is rockin (except for the biscuit gravy, which was pretty lame). The "welcome reception" was unexpected but VERY welcome. Who can argue with free booze? Spoons restaurant was also really good. When we arrived we were too tired to go out so it was nice that the restaurant was still open. And, our waitress was fantastic. BUT, why can't this place stock some decent pillows??? They have zero support, and your head pretty much sinks down to the mattress. We have no choice but to stay here again so PLEASE get better pillows!!!
