First time visiting this location, I was having issues with what I thought was my battery, and with the help of the staff, we found out it was the alternator. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the problem was diagnosed and we went on our way in a very timely manner.

I got help from Marian in changing my battery and she was very sweet, also she paid more attention to the things I needed help with…great store

Very fast in and out early in the morning to get a car battery.

I went to the store today and they were severely understaffed but Laura L did a phenomenal job balancing my self and other customers. She was very attentive despite here overwhelming circumstances. She also saved my $20 on some purchases that would have been $42 and some change. I really admired and appreciated her customer service under those circumstances. Laura not only needed this praise but also a promotion for handling these circumstances with so much grace and courtesy.

My car has broken down and I had to take a Lyft there and back. The staff was kind enough to allow me to wait inside for my return Lyft since it was reading buckets. I am so grateful to them for that small kindness.

Had a battery/alternator issue that stranded me in their parking lot. They tested, removed, charged, and reinstalled my battery at no charge. They were very pleasant in general as well.

Called to make sure parts were available, came and got the part, I was helped with which fluid and price was the best, discount was applied and even received a rebate.

This was a very close, convenient, welcoming and well stocked store in my community. I truly appreciated this store being in my community.
