Jon and Avis at Legacy Diamond Jewelers are great people who truly cared about creating a very special, custom piece for my wife. They took their time to guide me through each step of the process from start to finish. The finished product exceeded my highest expectations for quality and appearance. I took a vintage Diamond band to Jon & Avis and asked them to make 2 prs of Diamond stud earrings for my granddaughters. Also had two smaller diamonds taken off another ring to make a smaller pr of earrings. All of them are beautiful! I was able to give a large and smaller set of earrings to one 18yr old grandchild this wkend and she is thrilled. Avis showed me the “Martini” setting-3 prongs instead of 4 and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I can’t wait to visit them again - I feel lucky to have found Legacy. I purchased a necklace with a cross from Legacy Jewelers, for my 9 year old son. The price and customer service was absolutely wonderful! Mavis had such a warm spirit and delightful demeanor; unfortunately, when I gave my son his necklace, it broke while he was sleeping; *figures*. My husband took the necklace back to the store and they repaired it free of charge. I am forever thankful for the exception they have made to accommodate my mishap. Because of this, I have returned to have jewelry cleaned and my husband has purchased pearl earrings for me, as a gift on our anniversary. The Legacy team are super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped my (now) fiancé find the style of ring she liked best and helped me pick out the diamond for the ring.
