Came late at night with my boyfriend just before closing. The food was fresh and well presented. There was a line but we were still in and out in under 15 minutes. The staff was energetic and pleasant and over all not what was expected so late at night. Very pleasantly surprised!

I hope this gets passed onto one of the most wonderful employees I’ve met there, on my ticket the name was Katie, she made my night with how genuine and kind she was, making small talk and even giving me a compliment and after the day I had it absolutely made my day. I can tell she’s a wonderful young lady and I hope yall pass this compliment onto her. I have always had the best service at this location and as someone in the food industry I know customers can be soul crushing and to much negative can circulate so please pass this onto her and tell her how amazing she is inside and out! 😁 and let the rest of your crew know they do a great job and I’ve always gotten great food and service from them!!!

We eat at this location regularly. The staff are friendly and helpful! Good food at good prices!! Highly recommend this store!

Food was awful. It genuinely hurt to eat.
However, I was greeted with the blessing of the greatest employee ive ever met in my years of enjoying fast food -- Will. He was wonderful. He deserves a raise.

The food was tasty and prepared quickly. Also, the crew was very professional and attentive. Five Stars!

Best Chicken Sliders by far and I have had them from several locations! Fries cooked to order and perfected! Customer Service a 10 the lady working drive thru was awesome! Waited a couple minutes for our food but it was worth it because everything was hot and fresh! Thank You

I processed an order through the Internet. It's easy, even for the novice, like me. LOL. Placing the order there provides you with exception values. And that included The Game Burger. I was able to modify it: no pickles, no sauce, no onion rings. I kept the cheese (and bun). Plus, the burger was on sale: half off!
I had ordered it originally when it was brought to market. I knew how EXCEPTION the Wagyu Burger was, I expected the same on this one.
But the second one I ordered was fantastic! Just the overwhelming flavor of the meat, it melted in your mouth.
The crew were above and beyond! Thanks! Arby's rocking because of the fellows there. The food was still acceptably warm on the thirty minute drive home. So very tasty. I can't wait to order again!

This was the first time I've been inside in a while. It was really clean.
Our food was really good. They were running behind on cooking chicken and gave my son a few extra pieces to make up for it. Excellent customer service. This place is one of my favorites in Toccoa. Consistently good food and service. I highly recommend

Nice folks BUT Arby's corporate needs to fix their app to catch up with everyone else. Impossible to log in for bonuses. But the food is worth the trip, but I sure would like some rewards from them that all of the other hotspots make available. The 2 for 7 deal is a great value and my wife prefers the kid's meal chicken. The Americana roast beef is a meal in a sandwich, so I recommend it, even though it isn't in that section below.

Drive through order taker was pleasant and clear to hear on the intercom. When we got to the window the gentleman was pleasant enough but when he made a milkshake it was a cup full of ice cream not milkshake. But it is all good.

Awesome visit today! Great food, friendly and smiling staff and a very sweet, happy go lucky manager! She definitely made ya feel welcome! Also the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a fast food reataurant! Y'all got it going on! We'll definitely will be back! Enjoy your day !!!!

This was the most Awesome Arby's I've ever visited. The staff was customer courteous to the max degree! The restaurant was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is to be praised and the management is to be complimented. The food was delicious. This was the ultimate fast food experience offered in Toccoa Ga. and above all others I've visited. Hats off!!!

Wait time was a little long, but there was a little more business than usual. The young lady at the drive thru apologized several times for the wait. That makes it a lot better when someone at least acknowledged the delay and seemed concerned about it.

We sometimes eat out on Sunday , we decide which restaurant we want to eat at and we chose Arby's, We ate many choices of our own and sliders I chose, one chose Cajun fish wrap and another fish dinner , we were very pleased with foods cooked fresh.Workers were very polite which makes the time spent very good.

The food is always good and fresh. Service is prompt and friendly. We always enjoy eating there.

Super slow service tonight. The front cashier was making the food. We were only customers inside but drive thru was wrapped around the building. Cars were pulled and at least one drove off. Two employee's came in and one of the young ladies said" You guys are 1 hour late! Your fired!" They asked her if she was serious? She told them she didn't have the authority to fire them. So I guess that is why they were struggling so hard.
