Shawn saved my life. He and the staff are class act. I been drug free for 3 years now and counting.

Shawn is a great nurse practioner. He always takes his time and listens to his patients. He genuinely cares about the people he is treating and wants the best for them. I have chronic health issues and even when I go in very sick his presence is always comforting. I feel loved and cared for by him and his staff; not just like another patient that doesn't matter. It's a small medical office but the care is great.

Shawn Giles is my primary doctor and I just love him

Dr. Gilmore is great physician. Always greats you in a very friendly manner and is very professional. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and aswers all your questions. The staff are all very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this crew!

My experience?! Outstanding, warm and heartfelt. Entire staff should be honored and recognized for their devotion to their craft and treatment towards patients.

I was a patient of Shawn Giele, FNP. Now this man is not a Doctor or a Specialist in any other field, such as Podiatry. I have a toe that I asked Geile to set me up with wound care they have at WCMH, he said that he did not like them, He suggested that I get my toe cut off at either St. Anthony's or Parkland. Dr. Sloan was able to save my toe, I guess it made this Shawn mad and he dropped me and made it to where I am unable to see any other dr in the area. I guess the biggest thing I should say is before you see him ask yourself, is he qualified.

I called them to get Tested for ADHD, the lady on the phone told me they did ADHD testing, so I got an appointment, I also wanted a 2nd opinion on something my other doctor had told me, BUT I mainly came here to get tested for ADHD. I walk in and tell them UP FRONT, I WAS THERE FOR ADHD testing, and no one said anything about it, making no mention that they don’t do ADHD testing, the front ladies were kind . I get my doctor, His name was Sean dial? I believe ( cannot recall for the life of me) he was a nurse practitioner. He was extremely rude, when I asked a simple question about my other doctor, and that I wanted a second opinion for something they had told me. He rudely answered me, and belittled me, talking down to me, and went on a rant about how anxiety medicine leads up to Xanax addiction. And a bunch of other things. Not being kind or understanding, making me feel stupid and uncomfortable, he has also brought in a student, and I wasn’t expecting two people in the room with me at once. I felt super mistreated. He was super rude and kept making long rants on questions I had. He didn’t listen to me, and took everything I told him and threw it out the window and I felt he was suggesting I was trying to get Xanax. Which was the farthest thing from the truth. He was purposely trying to confuse me with his rants, not answering my question straight forward and being actively annoyed by them. He had mentioned that he HATED HAVING the same conversations with his patients About anxiety medicine. Which made me afraid to ask more, because of how he answered me. If you want to be treated like an animal. Go here. They have horrible communication skills and my doctor I saw made it clear to me he didn’t want to deal with my issues, and the answers he gave me was so standoffish/ passive aggressive. NOT the interaction I or anyone would like to have with a doctor. DO NOT GO HERE, if you have any other options go else where. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.

I have called this office multiple times for a new client, but nobody will return calls, so that's red flag , I wonder how he would feel losing business? This for Dr guiley

The receptionist do not know what they are doing I had an appt at3:15 but yet they can't find my appointment
