If you need a bike, equipment or servicing done on your existing bike, this is definitely the place you should go in Volusia County! Everyone at this shop could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything on my bike was replaced, as requested, without any surprise issues or costs, and they actually charged me less then they originally quoted me for the work and got it done quicker than expected too! On top of that, I had explained to them I was having to fix a dropper post cable problem that was caused by a different local bike shop and they just went ahead and installed a brand new cable on the house without me even asking for the repair! This place is a God sent after years of having to deal with terrible customer service, excessive over charges and shoddy repairs in the Port Orange area. Highly recommend!

This store could teach a Master Class on customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I had a warranty issue which was resolved as quickly as possible. I drive by a lot of other bike stores to bring my bike here. Thanks guys.

I purchased my Electra 3 years ago in Gainesville from David's Cycle ( now Trek).Whenever I need my chain adjusted, they are always so accommodating and help me on the spot. Thank you

We purchased 2 townie electric bikes from Aaron. He was great and very helpful. He suggested the correct bikes for us. We purchased on Saturday and they delivered on Monday. Everyone at the shop is nice and very helpful. I was looking online for an electric bike but wanted to buy from a local store so if any issues with the bike came up I had a place to get serviced. We had our first ride today and they were awesome. If you’re looking for an electric bike. Trek is place to go Ormond Beach.

I went in to get a bike tire for my Trek bike. While there Aaron, a well informed and knowledgeable sales person, showed up the spec’s for the E Bikes and set us up for a test ride. When we didn’t quite understand the directions to the park, for the test ride, he hopped on an E Bike and brought us there. Overall we were not in the market for an E Bike, however because of Aaron and his help and willingness to answer our questions (coupled with the test drive) we will definitely be back to buy from Aaron in the future!

The personal service where the team like Chris & Tyler, get to know us individually. Who we are, our riding styles, and always greet us by name. They keep us updated on options available for my 10 year old's type of riding and what would be ideal for him. They're always welcoming and enthusiastically passionate about what they do and encouraging others on their adventures biking no matter what level of a rider one is at, they treat everyone with compassion and kindness. I genuinely enjoy this specific store because of the people who work here.

I ride my bike a lot and I take my bike in from time to time to get tune-ups and any fixes that I need to keep my bike running smoothly. They remember my name and much of the history of my bike when I take it in. They are certainly welcoming and get my bike back to me quickly so that I can keep riding as soon as possible.

I purchased two Trek bicycles online and unseen. The bikes had both been professionally built for me. When I presented to the shop I met with Aaron. He was a pleasure to work with and more than satisfied all my needs. I had the staff put on racks and water bottle cages prior to me actually riding the bike. As I took my bike out the door and rode it I immediately knew it was too small. I brought it back in and told Aaron and he quickly said no problem. We have a larger size that is still in a box that he would build overnight for me. He also lent me a new bike, different model, in my size that he allowed me to ride overnight. Just as promised the new bike was ready for me the next morning as the shop opened up. I am very happy with Aaron and this bike shop. Excellent customer service and bike/equipment selections!

You can’t find better customer service then you can hear. Just purchased my 5th bike from this place. These guys will always take care of you and make sure that you leave happy. Couldn’t recommend a better place to buy the bike you didn’t know you needed!
