Absolutely love shopping on the App & doing the drive-up pickup. It's always so convenient, fast & easy.
Shopping in-store can sometimes save you a little more money. So it's nice to have options. Oh & their little food market has saved me from having to go to another store plenty of time. Bonus points! Plus...let's not forget about swinging by Starbucks, either on my way in or my way out. ☕

Brenna was THE MOST AWESOME employee that helped me. She IS A SHINING STAR and Target is so lucky to have her on board. I just purchased a new home and have made thousands of dollars worth of purchases over the last 2 weeks. Today I returned to my favorite Target store to make even more purchases for my home, spending an additional $307.96. While walking around I noticed that MANY of the items I'd purchased over the last two weeks had gone on sale. I looked up Target's Price Match Policy and was happy to see that many of my purchases fell into the 14 day window. Unfortunately many of my items had been purchased over several different days, online AND instore. This looked to be a nightmare process for me, trying to get ALL my items Price Matched. Brenna was SO PATIENT AND REASSURING. She didn't seem the least perturbed at the tediousness of what I was asking her to do. She handled it like a pro, the complete opposite of her manager who was not involved in this process AT ALL, but very
condescendingly walked by to look at me down her nose and say "Ma'am I just want you to know that EVERY purchase has to be within 14 days". I replied to her that it was but she cut me off to repeat very condescendingly, "Okay, but I just want you to know that it all has to be within 14 days". I just said okay because I detected the negative attitude in her voice and condescending demeanor, and Brenna HAD NOT called her over to assist her in any way. Brenna handled my Price Match all by herself and faster than I could have ever imagined. She kept everything in order for me, even when I was having a hard time keeping up with it myself. It was a total of 20 items on various receipts, and days, online and in store. Brenna was amazing. While I stood there watching her type away, I noticed that she had a little tag/sign on her uniform that said, "Please be patient with me, I'm autistic ". It brought tears to my eyes because she was being labeled as having this "condition", which gives people the impression that she is less than, when in fact she was more capable to handle my situation than her own manager. She was not less than. She is worth more than the manager that butted her nose where she had nothing constructive to offer, and didn't even lend a helping hand whatsoever. I wish there were more Brennas in this world. She completely put me at ease. Her attention to detail is exactly what my situation needed. Her manager didn't have half the capability that Brenna had, and I believe that's why she was so bothered by my Price Match request, which she had eavesdropped into. Whereas Brenna patiently and meticulously handled it like a pro. My total savings was $90.19! In this economy, who has that amount of savings available to them and would ignore trying to get that money back. Target is my all time favorite store. Newnan Target is my all time favorite Target location. Brenna is my ALL TIME FAVORITE HUMAN at ANY Target!

just want people to know the main reason why target gets so bad is because of customers. i actively see employees doing their jobs. who are the ones leaving empty starbucks cups around literally EVERYWHERE. you guys cant complain when you’re literally the problem. if you see behind guest service that’s where strays are. all the returns and scattered around object, it takes a while. maybe instead of complaining you put your stuff back where it’s supposed to go and throw your trash away.

Target is the best place to shop. They have several options to meet your needs. Drive up, in store pickup, or you can just enjoy in store shopping. No matter which one you choose you will have a great experience.

I get all of my prescriptions at the CVS in Target . I love it when Maggie works she NEEDS help . I'm sure it's hard to answer phone calls , fill all of the prescriptions , also talk to the people picking up their medicine. Plus give shots by her self. Im not a fan of the other person that works when she is off.

Always a great time. Staff is friendly, starbucks is efficient, store is always clean and restrooms are perfect.

Newnan store associates need more help in store but all are still nice. Worth the trip for me overall.

This review is for my local Target in Newnan, Georgia. The employees here are so nice! I'm going to tell what happened, even though I sound as ditzy as I am. I have a pair of Crocs shoes, and my young niece gave me two little Kirby charms to put on them. These charms are about the size of a shirt button. Well, tonight as I got back to the car after leaving Target, I noticed one charm was missing. I put my bags in the car and went back to the store, because I couldn't tell my niece I didn't even try to find the tiny Kirby. So there I was, slowly walking back and forth and staring at the floor, with the Target closing in about ten minutes. You'd think the employees would be irritated with me, or worried I was on drugs or something, but they weren't. They were as nice as could be! When she had a moment, one young lady even took my name and phone number just in case they found it while sweeping up. And the young man could have laughed at me and my worry over such a little thing, but he was very understanding. Such nice people! The good news is, I did find my little Kirby outside in the parking lot! The other good news is, I got a nice bit of extra walking in tonight. But the point to this is that every time I go in this Newnan Target, the store is clean and has what I need, and best of all, the employees are nice and I feel good about spending my money there.

I called this Target to see if they had a product in stock before I decided to drive there. (I live over an hour away) And I got the opportunity to speak to a woman named Lisa. Not only was she kind and caring, but she represented Target very well. She stayed on the phone with me and looked for the product I was describing to her. After a couple minutes of searching, she found the said product and the rest of the set. (It was a set of 8 separate products) I was excited to hear that the whole set was in stock and that she was kind enough to set it to the side for me knowing that it would take me over an hour to get there. I am SUPER grateful for this experience that I had with Target and their wonderful employee Lisa. Not only did I drive over an hour for the product, but for the excellent customer service as well. Thank you so much!

Target's online order, in store pickup was easy and convenient

This Target will always be my go to store! The drive-up option is so convenient and FAST!! Especially if you need your hubby to pick something up for you while you're at work. You know that he won't have to call you asking a ton of question about what you need haha :) The staff are always welcoming and helpful!

I went to Target yesterday for one thing, and I found it at a very reasonable price. I was looking for new basic pillows and bought 6 for $4 each. Perfect for our sons' rooms. Penny was a great person to speak with at the register. Very friendly. Thank you for being closed on Easter this year. I appreciate that.

This is a great Target overall with awesome customer service, but shout out to Daniel and Timmy for going above and beyond to give me an amazing and intentional customer experience when I experienced an issue with a pickup order! They’re superstars 🤩 Rochelle was also exceptionally nice and warm when I was checking out. This isn’t my closest target, but it’s now my favorite target.

Love this store. One of my favorite Targets. The staff is always so nice and I always see management walking around making sure everyone is on top of their stuff. Plus it's clean and everything is easy to find.
