I just wanted to give credit where credit is due! The manager of this location (inside Cross Creek Mall, Fay NC) is on point! His name is Josh and he is AMAZING! This man ran circles around the other 2 employees in the store! They couldn't come close to keeping up! He remembered sizes for everyone in the showroom and ran to the back and came back with boxes on his head and in both hands! He was amazing and deserves to receive credit for that! This was 3 days before Christmas, the store was slammed and he was just doing everything while the other 2 employees couldn't come close to keeping up with him! Josh deserves to be recognized for his hard work!

I went in today to buy my son shoes. At check out the system was glitching and denying my card. I was charged twice but on Journeys side it didn’t show that I paid. I paid $150 and walked out empty handed. BUT they got all the managers on it, they called customer service, and dug deep to solve the problem. Those managers are bomb! They handled it and called me afterwards. It was very confusing but they handled it well. Thank y’all so much! We will definitely be back to buy shoes. Fingers crossed it doesn’t act up for me again lol

The young lady that helped me today greeted me and my daughter immediately and was friendly and helpful with finding the right sizes and styles for all of my children. We'll be shopping with y'all again!
