I came to this super cute boutique with my mother and sister in-law. My sister in-law spotted some earrings that she loved while she was checking out but didn’t purchase. A few weeks later I called the store hoping they had the same earrings so I could get them for her for Christmas. Michelle was so incredibly helpful, she texted me photos till we found the right ones, worked out shipping, and took my payment over the phone (I’m located in Virginia). Customer service was absolutely phenomenal and I see why my mother-in-law loves this boutique so much. Thanks again, Michelle, you rock! ❤
