The Delaney Hotel

We came for the second time and they treated us very well! It felt like we were being welcomed back like family. The manager was super helpful in getting our bags upstairs. He gave us all sunglasses to make the birthday trip fun, just a very small thing but a nice gesture. The room was big, plenty of room to get ready for our dinner. The beds are comfy. The design is modern and minimal. Great location. Will continue to return for all my Orlando weekend getaways!

This hotel was such a great surprise. If you book through their website the parking is free, the check in process was simple and quick. We stayed two nights and the room and bathroom were amazing. They use an iPad for anything you need during your stay (you can request service, toiletries, see times for food, etc). The room had a deadbolt and a flip security lock which is such a great feature for rooms. Smart TVs and an amazing bed. We will definitely be coming back for all of our Orlando stays from now on

Great place to stay whilst working downtown Orlando. With a warm welcome from Morgan, she explained the facility amenities with friendliness and patience to this road weary traveler. The room was fantastic, and the fitness center was perfect steps from my room, modern and clean. The patio was lovely with their close adjoining bar. Dinner at the bar was fantastic! I had the special lamb chops, off the hook! I'll definitely stay there again!

this hotel was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and modern. only downside is that there are hospitals around so you can sometimes hear the ambulance at night but it did not bother us too much. But the main thing i love about the hotel is the guest services. when we first entered, we were greeted with this very kind asian girl at the front desk on 18th July around 12pm. she helped us the entire time we stayed here and made our stay super comfortable. I would like to appreciate her. did not manage to get her name but she made our last few days in Orlando comfortable! Thank you so much.

Stay last week and have to say that overall experience was excellent. Very size able parking garage in the back of the hotel. Impressive cleanest everywhere, lobby, rooms and surrounding areas. Their staff were amazing, always friendly and willing to help with questions.

Excellent service and the rooms were exquisite. The showerhead was especially nice - and the wand was a dream to get me completely cleaned!

The price was reasonable, and I'd highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Winnie Palmer Hospital.

Nice place, rooms are clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Tavern has great food and the drinks are yummy. Will come back again for sure. Note: This hotel is across from ORMC we had a room right on the road. It was a little noisy at first but surprisingly went quiet later in the evening, We didn't mind and slept great on there comfy beds.

Surprisingly spacious room given the reasonable cost. Huge bathroom with shower chair, excellent accommodation for anyone in wheelchair or on crutches, convenient to the hospital and other medical facilities across the street.

Just want to share my experience with my stay. Nate was a great person of helping with everything that was asked or needed at the time being. “I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.” You can tell that the entire team were in harmony for the visitors. Great way to show that working together as team can take you to a different element of work.

The staff was so polite and helpful. Rooms are so spacious and love the tablet to order things. They even have the small cube ice which we have at home. We have been there 2 times now and this last visit the dinning was amazing.

Great service, spacious rooms, short drive to a lot of main attractions. The employees were very personable and friendly. Will definitely be staying here for any future trips to orlando.

I initially wanted to check out this hotel prior to recommending to my clients (travel agent), and as an added bonus, My husband and I wanted a quick weekend staycation getaway and The Delaney did not disappoint! This boutique hotel gave us a whole new perspective on the quality of boutique hotels vs brand name hotels.

Pros: location, location, location!! LITERALLY close to almost everything. On average, 11 mins from Millenia mall, premium outlets, airport. One of the top hospitals a few feet away.

Rooms: modern minimalist design, clean and comfortable bed. Loved the bathroom with a very large walk in shower. My favorite was the ability to order in room service, and toiletries through a tablet that is located by your bedside. (Can get complimentary toiletries from deodorants to lighted vanity mirror for my make up loving ladies!)

Service: super friendly front desk staff and manager! Welcoming with warm smiles and super personable!

Food: AMAZING! I mentioned to the manager that we aren’t usually a fan of hotel restaurants but this hotel has surprised me. (Reviewed their restaurant under Delaney Tavern)

Cons: a bit challenging initially on finding the entrance/ parking garage as Google maps was not providing accurate route.
- lots of construction (but that’s Florida in general)
- initially was concerned as parking garage was not visually pleasing and gave off the impression of a possible run down hotel, but that changed once we started to walk towards hotel
-shared building/space with two other businesses not affiliated with hotel but wasn’t a deal breaker

Overall: I would love to stay here again as long as service and quality is maintained

Staff is great, always nice and motivated, trying to make the stay as good as possible. The manager is also very friendly and caring. Would definitely go back!

I was excited to stay at The Delaney, and even then my expectations were exceeded !! The customer service was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, nice cool rooms, the Tavern food was so good at dinner we ate there again for brunch the following day. Highly recommend, and we'll be back !

Great hotel not far from the Orlando Downtown, not a huge selection of bars or restaurants nearby but lots within 15 min cab ride.

Lovely rooms, which were quiet and well appointed. Stay here for business but would be very happy had I booked this for a personal trip.

This hotel was just what we were looking for. Perfect location away from all the noise and clubs, yet close enough to everything you need. The staff was AMAZING from start to end....
We were having to continually modify our dates due to accommodating our granddaughters' birth, and the VP of Operations helped us out tremendously with this process. Front desk reception made us feel special each time we entered or departed the hotel. The tavern inside the hotel has very good food and excellent service. Every single staff member we interacted with during our 5 night stay was kind, eager to help and accommodating to our needs.
The room was very large, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of space, and includes a mini fridge.
We will be making this our regular spot for future visits to Orlando.

We were visiting from The Bahamas on our Honeymoon, so this hotel has a sentimental place in our heart. We’ll definitely be back!

Found this quiet boutique style Hotel by accident and I stay here every time I’m in Orlando for business and pleasure. The amazing staff greats you as soon as you walk in and makes you feel like your home. Food from Delaneys is excellent and room service is 5 star !! Love this Hotel.
