Debbie is an absolute charm, she really know her job and everytime I step into this bank she knows how to take care of my needs and they have a great crew as well. Also Carolina Duran, an employee at this Bank of America provided us (Bido Family) with exceptional services and was very kind while she took take care of our Bank account situation.

I came here a couple of months ago (February) to open a new account with them. Staff was very nice and gave me plenty of information about the different types of accounts. Very informative and outgoing with me. I can’t attest to what happened for the other people who posted their negative reviews, but I can say that I would recommend this place to my friends and family! For every bad review there are many good reviews that just never get posted!

Such a wonderful experience!! I had a foreign question, The lady on the phone was not able to help me and was able to recognize it and suggested for me to speak to one of the representatives - which immediately we made an appointment - which immediately I was able to get in and she was able to answer all the questions I had

And since readings did play a role on me potentially coming to this location after my experience they deserve to be recognized
