This was a great place to stay. It was also a great experience being on the lake. The loft area was really cool. The only thing is the steps up to the loft heart hurt your feet about the second time you go up there. Other than that the place was perfect. The bathroom is a full bathroom so it worked so well for us. Great location also.

Exceptional customer service - the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us arriving from MN very late at night/early in the morning. We will definitely be staying here whenever we travel to Orlando, and recommending it to others.

Very cute accommodations, lakefront views, and affordable lodging in a great location. This place has a lot of personality and great Florida vibes while being functional. No weird hidden fees or complicated instructions for checkout. 10/10!

It's a beautiful accommodation indeed. The picturesque lake view and BBQ facilities were delightful, and the friendly caretaker who promptly responded to requests was also great. However, due to the limitations of the trailer, the bedding was slightly damp, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Additionally, at night, we were occasionally awakened by unknown creatures outside rummaging through the trash or making killing sounds, which was unsettling. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.

I took my daughter to Orlando to see the Rolling Stones June 3, 2024. We rented The Bermuda Tiny house. It was so nice! It was Clean, it has everything you need to cook ect. The view ..you can't beat it!
Don't let the road its off of scare you, it's very peaceful once you turn in.
You will here the local train( I love the sound of trains going by).
Management was very nice and accommodating. They are pet friendly and didn't discriminate against my sweet Pittie.
The ac/heat is adjustable with a remote which is very convenient. The bathroom is huge,( for tiny house) with a roomy shower stall. We had plenty of hot water.

The only cons..the parking is tough with a full size truck. I had a tough time pulling in and out without driving on the grass behind me.
And the bedding.
The mattresses were very comfortable, but I'd recommend to the owner getting a nice comforter.
Luckily we brought extra blankets, we like to sleep with ac blasting and bundled up under a nice blanket/ comforter.
The blankets provided are very thin.

Neither con is enough to take away from the 5 stars.
I highly recommend for a get away.

We were only in town for one night, but we decided to try a tiny house since they were located very close to where we needed to be. The house was very comfortable, clean and well-maintained, and everything went smoothly. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful, and if we had stayed longer, we definitely would have made use of the kayaks.

Our family stayed at the clubhouse because a tiny home was simply TOO tiny for us haha! The tiny homes would be great for one or two people but if you have more you'll definitely want the clubhouse. The property looked well-maintained and had a beautiful view of the lake. It's a bit tucked back off the road so it was nice and quiet. There are plenty of chairs out to enjoy the lake, plus kayaks and other activities. We would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Rich for being so kind and accommodating!

We've stayed in the Orlando Tiny House Village twice now; once in the Venice and again this Easter weekend in the Bermuda. We've enjoyed both stays. The Owners are kind, helpful and communicative. The houses are adorable and clean amd allow pets...with the new Publix nearby it's even easier to stay 'home' and enjoy the tiny house experience. We'll be back again and hope to try one of the other one of the houses.

I live here full time and I love it! It is a great community and since there are vacation rentals on site, it’s so fun meeting new people all the time. Family members recently rented one of the guest houses and it was wonderful, completely clean and so comfortable.

This is my third time visiting this tiny house community, and I absolutely love it!

This stay specifically was in the "Sunshine Lake Shack", which was beautiful! It had a loft with a bed, as well as a bed on the ground floor. It had a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as a back porch with a cool roll over door!

At one point we noticed the window on the roll over door was missing it's curtain (a previous guest took it with them, not the fault of the owners at all). We contacted the owners about it, and they took time out of their day to come find a solution for my partner and I.

Amazing overall, and I can't wait to come back and stay again! I'd give a hundred stars if I could!

We had a lovely stay. The service was wonderful and very friendly. All the staff including the cleaners were so helpful and accommodating. We stayed for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the lake and all the critters that also come to enjoy it. You can bbq, kayak, rent a boat, use the the volleyball net, and our tiny home even had skewers provided for roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The only downside for us was the surrounding area, which wasn't close to any of the major Orlando attractions. However, if you drive or can catch a bus, it's not really a big deal.

Stayed only one night in January because there was a problem with the tiny house. I had booked through Expedia, and Expedia made the resolution VERY complicated. OLTHC was great to work with during the resolution. I recommend booking with them directly and not through 3rd party sites.

I am hooked! This place is unbelievable. The house was spotless, sheets and towels were top notch! We hung out at the firepit and enjoyed the fire some of the local residents were playing guitar and invited us to join! The check in process was simple and easy! The owner and his girlfriend came by in a golf cart and hung out for a little while too! Great place, great owners and great management. I’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tiny home Community! We stayed in The Galaxy tiny home and it was plenty of space for my boyfriend and myself. The community was quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Access to the covered dock, fireplace, and BBQ was awesome. The location was nice for us. We were out of the hustle and bustle of downtown and the parks area and anywhere we wanted to go was between a 5-20 minute drive. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely little community and would stay here again myself.

It's impressive how quiet the community is when how loud traffic is once you drive out onto the main road. It's right off of Orange Blossom Trail, which makes it quick access to the major highways and tolls. The property manager is quick to help with any concerns. I'm really grateful that they were able to accommodate my needs. The Swan is highly recommended. The views are unforgettable.

Amazing tiny home community! The Airbnb have a theme to each one.. Kayaks, paddle boards, hammocks, grills, fireplace, corn hole, volleyball, beautiful view of the lake! More spacious Inside than we thought! So glad to experience tiny home living. Will definitely be back for another staycation in Orlando.

Wonderful quiet place to stay. The Galaxy where I stayed was wonderful. It had a loft bed and a bedroom above the fifth wheel where I slept. For a tiny house I never felt crowded. I loved being on the lake and watching the wildlife. If I had any questions, all I did was text and got them answered quickly.
A lot of things provided in the kitchen such as plates, flatware, pots and pans.

We had an awesome experience in The Cottage. The pictures online doesn't do justice, it has a loft bed and overlooks the lake. It was a very relaxing experience and beats hotels. Close to Colonial Drive and lots of good food nearby. 1 night is totally not enough! We can't wait to be back!

So cute! We stayed in the club house (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) overlooking Lake Fairview. Perfect for the 4 of us and our 80 lbs dog! 😀

The property manager was super friendly and accommodating. The Bermuda Tiny house is lovely to stay in and the shower was nice and hot. Adjacent to the house is a laundromat; great for people who have taken a long road trip, this is a nice feature of the property. Adam, the property owner even came out to greet us. Really wonderful stay for people wanting to experience a tiny house.

I stayed at the Ritz. This was my first tiny home stay and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The space was bigger than I expected and had all the necessary appliance's and tools to cook. Waking up to the views of the lake was an added bonus. There are plenty of amenities to have fun and pass time like Kayaking, corn hole and fishing. I took some time to relax on the hammock. When you're not outdoor, there are various board games you can play inside. I'd recommend staying here at least a few days as there are plenty of things to enjoy.
