Excellent experience! My husband and I (and my therapy dog) walked right in and were helped immediately - no wait! The ladies were nice and helpful, and kindly welcomed us to Georgia!

This was an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We just moved from Florida so needed the license transfer process. It was not busy when we were there today. No waiting, easy process and out quickly. Great employees. Southern Hospitality at its best!!

This is the second time visiting this dmv, once for me and once for my daughter’s learning permit. These people are extremely pleasant and efficient. From the minute we stepped in everything worked like a well oiled machine. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes including test. Very impressive!

I went to renew my DL and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and fast the process was. From the person who sits at the front desk to the person who assists with each transaction, the service was efficient and respectful. In my experience, government workers are rarely happy and certainly do not attempt to go above and beyond to help you; this office was the complete opposite. It only took a total of 15 minutes and most of that time, I was filling out a form I could have done at home and didn't realize. They deserve 5 stars.

Amazing people, I did my road test here. There is a new virtual driving system they used and it worked amazing, my driving instructor was Jenisha, she was an excellent instructor. Her instructions were very well worded and easy to understand. Overall a desk employee named Maria and Jenisha helped me be successful in the test without any issues and made the whole proccess very smooth

The staff were knowledgable and very nice and personable! For those of you with chips on your shoulders, come another day when you can be more kind and pleasant.

I recently visited the DDS in Canton, GA and had an amazing experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to help me with my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the wait time was very short, despite the high volume of customers. I've been driving for over 30 years, and held a driving license in several states and two countries, and this was by far the least stressful experience to obtain a new license. It was clean, wasn't crowded, and there were plenty of agents available to ensure the wait was minimal. I would recommend completing any relevant forms prior to arrival to expedite your visit.

I have never left a review for DDS or anyone else before (if I did I don't remember). Maybe I'm wrong for not having done that before. Especially for the DDS in Canton. Since 2007 I have never had a bad experience coming to this location. They have always met my needs or exceeded my expectations. Today, SANDRA was working at the front while everyone was coming in. While Kierra another very kind woman was working in the booth she was letting me know that there was more documents that I needed to bring in in order to replace my lost driver's license. I was a little bit frustrated, however Sandra overheard our conversation and figured out a way to meet my needs without having to send me home father up north Georgia. After that she stood by my side and rapidly assisted me and getting my application done and pushed through. Again, always excellent customer service at the Canton location. Thanks to Kiara and Sandra for being so amazing!

Moved here from NC. Did the application online before I came to the office. From the time I parked, I was back in my car with my temporary license in 14 minutes! (GA should stop being cheap and buy the machines to print licenses on the spot, but that doesn’t reflect on the Canton office.) I have never had a faster encounter with a DMV before, plus the staff was nice and they are open Saturday mornings!

The service was great, and we were in and out quickly!

Fast efficient and very nice staff. I was immediately greeted and helped. It was a little drive but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes so it was worth it.

I came in today to get my road test. The woman at the front desk was not only sweet, but she was also patient upon my entry. I did not have to wait to get called up, because the agent was already waiting for me at the front desk. He was very professional and patient when I needed to grab the proof of insurance from the car. Though, I did make a few mistakes here and there in terms of parallel parking and driving down the road with all of the turns, I was able to pass. They will tell you where you messed up and assure that you don't make those mistakes again.
I cannot find this kind of service anywhere in metro Atlanta as they are usually busy and stressed out. I suggest that you schedule your appointment in the morning before school lets out for the kids, to avoid any sort of wait.

Excellent process. Lady at front desk was efficient in validating documents. This saved lot of time and my number was immediately called. In effect, my job was done in 10 min, after entering the premises.

They were so kind to me, and were quick from start to finish. Thanks!

I've been dealing with DMVs in different states and counties and this one tops them much beyond expectations.
I hope they never change their philosophy on handling costumers. They deserve more than stars.

Honestly very fast and good service at rush hour

I just moved from out of state and lost my license in the process. I came in thinking I had everything but I was missing one document and I was extremely frustrated because I just lost my wallet with everything in there. Their staff was super patient and helpful and getting what I needed and advice on how to get it. Like most places these days are short-staffed and training new people and they were super upbeat and professional and when as fast as they could without going faster than they should with this kind of information. Definitely appreciate their service.

The customer service at this facility is exceptional. The manager Maria and her staff went above and beyond! The employees at this location have customer service skills better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in.
