Quality Inn & Suites Orlando Airport

Perfect foe the short stay that I was there. Close to great breakfast places

Customer service and clean rooms are very, very important to me. This place has nice, clean rooms. Location is near the airport. And the guy at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. Most importantly...the rooms were very nice and they were clean. Oh! And breakfast in the morning..pancakes, sausage, toast, coffee etc... I will definitely stay here the next time I fly into Orlando..

This review is based on the fact that this IS a two-star motel.

I liked this motel for its proximity to the airport it had an excellent price. Each room had a couch, desk with office chair and a modest kitchenette including a microwave and refrigerator. There is also a pool. In my limited interaction with staff, they were professional and competent. Given the amenities of the room one could live here comfortably for several weeks.

The only negativity is walkability, but in my very limited experience with Orlando; that is the whole god-awful sprawling mess.

We are cruising. Got in at 1am very helpful night person and this morning breakfast! I was checking for our transport to the ship and found the company cancelled! Yikes!😳 I went to the front desk and the gentleman was excellent! He assured us not to worry, he would make sure we had transportation! And he did! We met Rudy and got to our ship with round trip transportation… cheap! I’m very impressed and will definitely stay here again

Close to Orlando's best mall, The Florida Mall, and just a hop skip and a jump away from all of the major attractions that Orlando and Kissimmee have to offer. (Amusement Parks, Beaches, Dinner Shows, etc) &&Just minutes away from the Orlando International Airport and at an affordable price so you have more money to spend on shopping 🛍!!

Very clean. Only 8 minutes from the airport so very convenient. Great price. Would stay again!

We all know it's the holidays, and we are all stressed very slow check-in. just wanted to get to our room. Due to airline/TSA screw up. Maybe the hotel needs to hire extra front desk personnel. But understandable it's the holiday and no one wants to work.

The bed sheets were very soft and the bed was very comfortable. They also have a really cool pancake maker in the breakfast area. The powdered eggs were not good.

Affordable rates and for us a great location.
Check in was very quick and friendly.
Free hot and cold breakfast options. My kids were very excited by the pancake machine.
Rooms were as expected for this hotel range.

Love the people and Staff at Belle Isle location. Housekeeping is NUMERO UNO the best experiece of a lifetime. Neil as property manager is 100% Customer Service Oriented. Klein is the best front desk man. Daisy is the breakfast Queen, A rarity in this day and age!!!

Very happy with my room and the service people are amazing here nothing beats the price!

This is a decent hotel. Especially for the price. Would highly recommend. Pool is nice. Everything is clean even the sidewalks. And quiet. Good location, not far from airport. Restaurants and gas stations close by.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! Gave us a room close to the pool, which was nice. The rooms were clean and pretty updated. Close to the airport. Perfect for our family of 4, and I would stay here again.

I was pretty worried rolling in here after reading other reviews, but as I check out of here on March 15th, 2023 all I've noticed is the service was good, I didn't see one roach or parking lot vagrant and I'm super close to the plane I need to catch. Outdated smoking rooms? SURE... but unless you're a Karen that shouldn't bother you. ✌

For a older hotel it was very nice and clean.

Recently my family and I having been trying to close on a home and needed a place to stay. (Closing was pushed back multiple times. ) After staying at a few different hotels in the area, we finally came upon this Quality Inn. They have been THE MOST CONSIDERATE STAFF of ALL!! Everyone is polite and helpful. From the owner, to the front desk, to the housekeepers. The staff went a step further and allowed us the personal use of their dining area on Thanksgiving afternoon (it's only opened in am for breakfast). The holidays have always been a time of family gatherings for us and Quality Inn MADE THAT POSSIBLE for US this Thanksgiving 🦃🍽❤ We were able to use the space, decorate and invite our family to gather together. Thanksgiving at a hotel never felt or looked better!!! If you want a personal staff that's understanding and caring....then stay here !!

I am updating a previous review to make this 5 star the owner of the property has went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and accommodate me right now as I am in the process of finding a place to live. He is very Hands-On which I have not seen in some of the other hotels I have stayed in previously. Overall the staff is trustworthy and friendly. I had previously left a negative review which I am now editing in reference to how the front desk clerk treated me about a service animal. I decided to give the hotel another chance specifically because of the location.
I forgot to get her name but the lady that was working the front desk when I came to check in around 4 p.m. was extremely helpful and friendly. now I am a diamond status member with choice hotels i get free upgrades King suites with smoking or available for the free upgrade. I am a non-smoker but I decided to take some room anyway when I got into the room it smelled like a complete ashtray. But I cleaned the AC filters wipes and stuff down and left the door open for a while and over all the smoke smell has disappeared its not overpowering so that is just a suggestion if you get to the hotel and get stuck in a smoking room for whatever reason just a few small things on your part will help get rid of the smell. I read some reviews about how outdated is a property is and it is but what do you expect for $70 a night. The room was clean I've not seen any type of bugs that is my biggest thing when it comes to booking a room for an extended periodp of time. Breakfast is decent it does have hot choices. The rooms are very sound proof that is also very important to me I like my privacy and not to be a nuisance to others. For the price of the room at the hotel is fine. They do have a small exercise room with free weights. If you are looking for a clean room with good location I recommend. It's a good value.
my only downside was a front desk clerk which works at another property nearby that takes it upon herself to act like there are corporate policies that are not even policy. Unless you hear it from a manager here on this property you would be better off to call choice if you need clarification on any type of policy to do with service animals or length of your stay. I had an issue with that and it was rectified immediately through a phone call to choice corporate and the actual property owner.
Within the last four months I have stayed at 6 different hotels here in Orlando this one is most definitely the best value.

Pleased with the cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed, and good customer service. It wasn't that busy so got a parking spot right by the room & it was quiet. Would recommend a stay here, especially if you have to catch a plane the next day. Dennys not far down the road for a bite before a morning flight. Covid has affected some services offered at this hotel, but pool was open.

What my stay at Quality Inn at 2601 McCoy Road Orlando Florida was excellent I was treated very decently it was an experience that I would do again. If you asked me if I would stay there again I say I would the staff there at the front desk are very friendly and serviceable the housekeeping staff is very decent and helpful and even though they don't have the breakfast bar completely open they do offer you a breakfast bag with a breakfast burrito or a sandwich with a fruit a yogurt and you can grab a coffee or juice or both so that part of the breakfast is covered they try to keep the place clean which they do a good job and I'm just happy with the overall stay there in April that I stayed there for a week and may I stay there for 3 weeks of 2021 I think these people publicly for the treatment that I got there I didn't get no not a single negative attitude from any of them in any of the three shifts. I definitely give it five stars all the way around and all their services.
