The chairs are very heavy which makes them good for storms. Owner was very responsive and attentive to customer service. They stand by their products and brand and will go the extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied. Recommended.

I always try to shop local when possible and this place is worth it. Great products, great service, and Nobody backs up their stuff like Palm Casual. We bought a PVC set around 23 years ago. Been in the Florida sun the whole time and we still have it. We've had Palm Casual replace the slings and just yesterday experienced our first frame failure on a glider piece. They fixed it at no charge, no questions asked and had it done in hours. We also had two slings replaced at no charge because they had a certain color that just wasn't holding up. You won't find more honest people willing to go the mile for their customers. I simply wouldn't shop anywhere else for patio furniture.

L finally a furniture store that stands behind there products! They are very knowledgeable and a huge selection! Put our order in with Danielle, said it would be 4-8 week. She called me in less then 2 weeks that it was in! Great customer service!

We bought 2 sets of PVC club chairs about 10 years ago. They have been outdoors on the west side of the house. Florida sun is HOT!. The sets are still holding up well! Recently both foot cushions came unsewed. We took them back and they are being resented free of charge. We also just purchased 2 more sets for the back yard. The hotel-type lounges GAVE OUT! You can't go wrong. The charges are made in Orlando. Oh, you pick your own colors also. Show me some other chairs that can take the Florida sun and survive and I can sell you that swamp land at the tip of Florida! You can't go wrong!

The sales experience is wonderful - low key, no pressure but extremely knowledgeable and patient. No secret prices, no gimmicks. Simply fabulous furnishings at an excellent value. Even though I had bought from them years ago for my last house, I did what most of us do and I shopped around, online and in person, but I returned to Palm Casual because the quality is top-notch - but the prices are amazing too. All that is great, right? But the important part comes in AFTER the sale. I am a repeat customer and when they tell you about the warranty, BELIEVE them - it is real. Years after you have forgotten where you bought your patio furniture, THEY remember and they stand by their guarantee. I had forgotten how great this store is - I won't forget again! After an initial miscommunication with our order, Mike showed up at 12:30 this afternoon with a beautiful new wicker patio set that was exactly what we wanted. The reason it was exactly what we wanted is because Mike took the time to physically look through all of the sets in the warehouse until he found the exact match we wanted. He took the time to set up all of the furniture where we wanted it and did it with no assistance from us because he takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience. Furthermore, after an initial miscommunication with the color and quality of the cushions, store manager Adam rectified it with this 2nd delivery at no charge for the upgrade. In a time when customer service seems a thing of the past a majority of the time, Palm Casual has stepped up and won our gratitude and confidence. Their prices are extremely competitive,too.

Shout Out to Palm Casual Patio Furniture in Daytona Beach. I took over the base from my table and they fixed it in less than two hours at no charge. That’s what I call service. Won’t buy from anyone else.

Best patio furniture around, we can't say enough about them. We shopped at many stores in our area and returned to Palmcasaul for their amazing customer service and prices. Adam, the manager helped us through our whole buying process of selecting fabrics, wicker colors and configuration. Adam also got us our wicker patio set sooner then the other stores by a whole week. Just had our beautiful furniture delivered and cannot believe the incredible service with Mike. Mike even refused to let my husband take paper off the furniture and did everything himself. He would not allow us to give him a helping hand. We have never experienced such superior service with delivery of anything else. We cannot say enough about Mike and certainly hope that Palm Casual never lets him go.

Bought patio furniture 3 years ago. Developed problem with one of the chairs. I live in DeLand, Nick came from Daytona picked up chair at 11:30 then brought brand new replacement chair back at 2:30. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's not something you see anymore and they are to be commended.

In love with our veranda chairs. We live right on the ocean and on the 6th floor. They are the perfect height and I just wipe them off and they are beautiful. Our most comfy chairs!! Exceeded our expectations!
