Little Feet Academy

Little Feet Academy is a treasure. I was always terrified of putting my girls in daycare. After all, you hear a lot of horror stories these days. But the time came when my mother in law couldn’t keep up anymore with babysitting both girls 40 hours a week while hubby and I worked. After touring probably every daycare from Ormond to Port Orange, we made the easy decision to go with Little Feet. The women that work there are absolutely stupendous. I would go so far as to call some of them close friends now. The care that they put into each child is simply unmatched. I get constant text updates about both girls throughout the day. My girls RUN into their classrooms each morning and they have really broken out of their shells and made friends in their classes. What’s more is that the classrooms often collaborate together, making it so much easier when kids transition up a class, as they’ve had exposure to the new teacher before hand. They are also so skilled with aiding in potty training. They helped with potty training my two year old in just a couple of weeks and even got her back on track when she had a small regression. Negative reviews regarding special needs kids should be ignored as I know several of the teachers have their own children with special needs. I am truly sad - no - devastated that we have to leave Little Feet but I’m moving to Palm Coast and have to transfer schools. Y’all I literally was trying to figure out if I could commute to Ormond just to keep the girls here 😂😭 But all good things must come to an end at some point, I guess. Thank you to Jesse and her family for making this daycare feel like a second home 🩷

I was looking for childcare for my sweet sweet daughter. I visited many daycares before I came to Little Feet. I am so happy I found them. They are the most personable staff and truly care about your children. I have constant contact about how my daughter is doing and every teacher there is so nice and really care about your child. My daughter open arms to her teachers and nose boops everyone hello and bye every day. My daughter is happy every day I pick her up and I am so happy with my experience here. THANK YOU LITTLE FEET!

love love LOVE this daycare !! They took such good care of my 5 month old baby girl, never had any problems. I recommend this daycare to every one !! Owners are super nice and so are the staff.

This school has been an absolute safe haven for my child and myself. The entire staff is extremely supportive and welcoming. The new owners are implementing amazing programs and activities for the kids; memories my four-year-old daughter will have forever. We have been in their summer camp and will be staying for Little Feet's Pre-K program. I can say this facility sets the standards for other daycare providers everywhere, and I know this since the previous daycare I had my daughter in was a complete nightmare. I can actually trust this facility with my child where Little Feet has gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stable/supportive structured environment for their child. Love them.

Absolute great School anytime my son gets hurt I'm notified there's also cameras that watch that the teachers can go back and see what happened if they did not see. The staff has been absolutely wonderful they always seem so happy to be there. when I go to pick him up he never wants to leave.. first daycare for my son an its been a wonderful experience.

My grandson is 2.5 and has attended this childcare for almost a year and a half. He loves going and is never ready to be picked up. It’s a family owned daycare which makes you feel right at home and like family.

My daughter has been going to Little Feet for about a year. It is the first daycare she’s ever been to and she loves going. The staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and always happy to see the kiddos. I couldn’t be happier with Little Feet.

We've never had anything but pleasant experiences with Little Feet Academy. We've been here for almost 3 years and my son loves going to school, I can see why. The teachers go above and beyond in their duties and truly care for my child. He has learned and grown so much here, and I've rested easy knowing my son is safe and happy. I love how the director focuses on healthy lunches and a positive learning environment. I highly recommend Little Feet for a clean, safe, and educational experience for your child.

We are so blessed to have our daughter enrolled in Little Feet Academy in Ormond Beach. We have had so very many positive experiences at this school and our daughter loves it here. Our daughter attended two other preschools while she was too young to attend Little Feet and this school does so much more. She has been at the school for 1 1/2 years and has had four different teachers. I have never been so impressed by what these teachers do to help our children grow in the most important ways. They have been taught social skills by learning how to get along and work things out with the other children. The teachers have made academics very important in their growth. They use many ways to teach and our daughter was reciting the ABC's and counting to ten by the time she was 2 1/2. There is also a biblical background where the kids attend Chapel, read Bible stories and pray and recite the Pledge of Allegiance every day.

Ms. Laura, the director, is very special in her caring for the families she is involved with. She goes the extra mile to be sure that everything is taken care of in the right way. She keeps a close eye on nutrition, making sure the classrooms are conducive to learning, and cleanliness. The classrooms are so organized that when our daughter arrives she wants to get started on her day, not cry to see Mommy go. Little Feet also offers many extra curriculums for our children like Tumbling, Computer, Yoga, Sports and Dancing for a small fee to the instructor.

My son went to Little Feet Academy from ages 2-5, I toured other schools and choose this one based on the teachers that greeted me on the day of the tour, Ms. Nicole and Ms. Renae. All of the teachers there are absolutely wonderful! Very engaged in my child and his education. He was more than prepared for his first year of kindergarten and had fun every step of the way! I cant say enough good things about this facility and the group of ladies that show up every day to provide the children with a loving and exciting experience!

My little man has been attending here for two years and her loves going every day!! The staff is caring and great with him, and he comes home with stories everyday.

I just want to take a minute to say how much I absolutely love Little Feet Academy. Since the minute I walked into little feet with my children we have had nothing but amazing experiences. The entire staff has reached beyond my expectations. Ms. Johanna who is my son's VPK teacher has taught my son so much and he constantly comes home with the most fantastic learning activities. Both of my children are eager to go to school every day and sometimes are sad when they are being picked up. Miss Laura is the most amazing director ever. She has been kind enough to support my dog rescue Sophie's Circle, and every single morning when I walk into school she is so so pleasant!
I never dreamed of finding a school as terrific as this one! I recommend it to everyone, especially those who really cares about starting a great education at a young age!

My daughter loved the staff and activities at Little Feet Academy. So much so I enrolled her during the summer even when she could of stayed home with the family.

Mrs. Tammy, Ms. Jesse and the staff at Little Feet have been amazing during our enrollment at LFA (going to Kindergarten now). They have worked with my family on getting aid for my child as we went through the struggles of an ADHD diagnosis, genuinely loving and caring for him and showing him this by singing and dancing with him, running around with him on the playground, and understanding that he does not learn the same way others do. They also helped when financial situations arose. All I did was have that communication with them, and they were more than flexible.
I was in a position where I didn't have care for my son when I was suddenly hospitalized... they took care of him, fed him, and brought him to my spouse when I was unale to.

These are the kind of people I would trust my child with. I see the curriculum done in the school year, and fun things during summer. The teachers are doing crafts with them and teaching valuable lessons. The teachers are all down to earth and relatable.

A friend recommended us to Little Feet after a not-so-great experience at another local preschool. Little Feet has gone above and beyond our expectations. The teachers are kind, caring and considerate; the communication from all of the staff members is clear and timely and most importantly, my kids love it too. I appreciate that they bring in extracurriculars for the kids like tumbling and sports- and have the occasional play days with water slides and a bounce house- but I know they focus on fostering a love of learning with each of the kids. We’ve also loved participating in the school events like the fall festival, donuts with daddy and grandparents day. It makes such a big difference when you know your children are getting quality care with people who love and care about them.

My 2 year old just started going here a couple of months ago. So far I love it and so does she. My baby is very active and does not sit still and they have never once called me to go pick her up nor have they ever complained about her. I have had it a little rough the past couple of months and Laura has always worked with me. She is very compassionate and so are the teachers. The place is spotless and beautiful! Huge playground, organic gardens some of the kids helped with and bunnies.. and they serve breakfast and lunch and above all I feel safe leaving my baby there and trust me that says something.. Amazing!

At our sons previous daycare, you could hear teachers yelling at children in the hallways and they were not always friendly. My son was quiet and shy and I never felt comfortable.
When I toured Little Feet, I was instantly at ease. It’s smaller, more intimate and there’s a rule - no yelling at children. But these ladies wouldn’t yell anyway. They are patient and kind and loving and my son turned a 180 within a couple months of being there. He THRIVED there and we put our daughter there too. She adores her teachers and so do I. Highly recommend Little Feet!!

Little feet has made the day care process so simple and I have so much peace of mind with my baby here. My son absolutely loves the teachers and he is learning so so much!

When I first walked into Little Feet I felt so welcomed. All of the teachers and Ms. Laura absolutely love the children as their own. They always have good control of the classroom and has great structure. Ms. Laura makes all the lunches and works so hard to make sure it runs smoothly. When I drop my son off in the morning it’s like dropping him off with family. It’s an amazing place!!

Our little boy has loved going to school and playing with his friends. He had a hard time in the beginning being away from me and the teachers have helped him come out of his shell so much more! They are absolutely amazing and the communication from them and the owner is more than expected.
