Giving this location five stars because of the assistance I received from Will working in shoes. I was trying to find shoes and instead of having me drive all over town looking for them, he took time made some calls and gave great customer service. 12/29 at 7:30pm. Please make sure he gets recognition.

Tabitha might be one of the nicest people I have ever spoken too. I called wanting them to connect me to the store in Kissimmee because their phones were down. Tabitha went above and beyond to reach out to them and resolved my issue without any complaint or hesitation. Thank you so much Tabitha!

I called Dick’s, and I spoke to the gentleman by the name of Logan about my questions on my bike even though he said he’s not a bike mechanic he offered to take a quick look at it and show me how to fix it. I went in he did a heckuva job, super courteous just really appreciate him and the service he provided. I ended up spending a $100 on some other stuff which I most likely never would have as it was a 20 minute drive from my home.

The employees from this store were incredibly helpful. The young guys working as cashiers, the young guy working on the floor, a young girl, I believe her name a is “Kierra”, she went beyond, and their manager! All of them helped me finding the things I needed.. I really appreciate good customer service nowadays.

I just wanted to say thank you to Seanna for making our shopping experience a great one! She had an amazing attitude, was incredibly helpful and very kind. She definitely deserves some recognition for her awesome work!

Nick is the absolute best bike salesman I have ever met. He took extra care to show us multiple bikes and then once we chose the one we liked he expertly set it up and tuned it for us. This is the type of employee and care every store should want to have. Great job Nick. We'll see you for service.

I spoke to Patricia over the phone today about a recent purchase I made in the store, and she went above and beyond to help me with my inquiry about the warranty program, etc. She would make a fantastic trainer for customer service skills in any place of work as she was patient, helpful, and showed great skills for it. Thank you, Patricia! You can feel the passion you have for your job.

Love the sales here. I bought 4 Kayaks and since they had small exterior scratches the manager was nice enough to give me an additional discount. Our sales associate Austin was very knowledgeable in Kayaks which I also appreciated. Thanks again! 😊

They were fast and I got what I went there to get which was 2 golf clubs regripped. The entrance is on the far left of the mall but the GPS took me to the main entrance to the mall.

Need some shorts or a shotgun, this is the place for you?! A well arranged store with everything youd expect and more. Helpful staff make sure you dont get lost, and can find what you need without walking around for ages. Prices very reasonable and good quality gear in stock. A big range of the great outdoor gear as well as the usual sneakers.

Recently purchased a small bike for my grand daughter. Had the pleasure of dealing with Nick in the bike dept.He was more than helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.We left feeling so happy,and Nick is truly an asset to your company

Nick and Sherry were Soo nice and helpful. Sherry is being sure that customers are following social distancing and the CDC rules. She thanked is for reading the information. We are grateful for workers getting back to work, but ones that want to work and be glad to do their job. Nick knows his store merchandise and was helpful with kayak trip locations, as we checked out. Our store in Clermont, FL has never been 1/2 this friendly or of help, as this Florida Mall location. Anything sport related... this place has it! Fair prices and good sale items too. Almost every sport covered in its own section with all the top brands. I bought a few things from here, staff were friendly and very helpful.
