Best Western Airport Inn & Suites

Super friendly staff and very courteous. They had the room available as early as 10 am so we were able to check in earlier than we anticipated, and they let us leave our luggage in a secure area after checking out while we were at Disney World for the day, then shuttled us to our flight that evening.

The staff in Orlando Fl . were very accommodating and helpful. They had a shuttle to and from airport. Breakfast in the morning was great and all employees I came in contact with had smiles on their faces and made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. They were never rude even when I woke up at 12 am thinking it was afternoon panicking about missing the shuttle and how was I to get to the airport. They assured me that I would make it in time for my flight and even had a wake up call to make sure I was awake. I appreciate the southern hospitality. I would stay again and definitely recommend to any friends or family looking for a great hotel with fair prices and super awesome staff. Thank u again all the was from Ak

The staff and owners went above and beyond to ensure our pleasant stay. Despite a stalled shuttle and airport pushback, a driver and van collected and, safely, deposited weary travelers to the property. The Fitness Room, Business Hub, and breakfast bar are bonus!

Stephanie had great customer service that’s hard to find these days. She checked us in with a great attitude and smile leaving a great first impressions. I’m assuming we are staying here after the renovations are done based on other reviews. I found the hotel and room to be great for the price. We paid about 100 a night but this place feels like 200 a night. Big spacious hallways, elevators, and bathrooms. The AC in the room was basically silent unlike most hotels and new. Hotel was much much nicer than I expected. Airport shuttle, pool, and breakfast is awesome. There’s a nice Waffle House right by. What more can you ask for. I also found Toni to be very motivated to make this hotel better as I see signs posted in elevators and review responses from the manager. With some time I think this hotel will be one of the busiest in the area for those going to the airport or just staying in Orlando.

This place is perfect. We did the Fly Snooze Cruise through GoPort and I have no complaints. Hotel is clean, nice pool, decent breakfast, good coffee, and all well worth the price. Staff was amazing and very friendly. My youngest caused a little bit of drama and the staff was amazing to help us. Great Job BW keep up the good work.

Spacious rooms. Extremely clean.
Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast is slightly above average.
Location is ideal if flying in/out of Orlando.
Pool area is a tad small and cramped .. water cold .. no hot tub.

Definitely would visit the location again.

This isn't a five star hotel, but it was friendlier and cleaner than a few five star hotels I've stayed at. It's nothing super fancy, but it gets full marks from me. The staff was friendly and helpful, starting with the shuttle driver; the room was clean and ready for my family of five all in one room; and the breakfast was good. Thanks!

Absolutely outstanding service and friendly staff throughout, from reception to the man sweeping the lobby and the breakfast lady. Only suggestion is to have skim milk option, almond milk is less popular, but offered. Clean rooms, but the AC units really should be replaced with modern technology, not the individual ones.
But it's close to the airport, with free shuttle. And the waffles are surprisingly good!

This is an older hotel and the furniture shows wear, but all my family needed was a safe, clean, place to sleep near the airport before we flew home. The staff was kind and there is a Waffle House next door, so we did not have to drive anywhere after we arrived. Very good internet and water pressure. Comfortable beds.

Close to the airport. Nice and clean rooms, great customer service. Free breakfast was not so great, but it helped something was better than nothing

My friends and I from Paris stayed for a few nights while in Orlando. Overall amazing stay, Colton and his staff are amazing! Mornings always started off with “Good Morning” from Stephanie, and ended with “Have a good night!” from the night staff and thank you Thomas for fixing my keys. Housekeepers had great attention to detail. Spotless lobby, easy check in process! Fresh coffee 24/7 and fresh pastries at breakfast!

Hotel is very clean with bright lights and easy access after midnight. Bed and linens were very clean and soft, I slept very well after a 24-hr day of traveling.
Uber was an easy ride from MCO as hotel shuttle stops at 11pm. I will stay there again!

The women that works days (I checked in on Sunday August 31) was friendly and efficient. At first I wasn’t impressed with the inside atmosphere of this hotel. It has dark, outdated hallways and carpet , needing renovations. The room was clean with no foul smells. I didn’t even need air conditioning because room stayed mostly cool. The carpet was old and outdated but the bed was really comfortable! I loved loved the pillows. I actually ordered some. The refrigerator and microwave came in handy to warm up some Chinese food. The only complaint I wound say is that the room was mostly quiet but people tend to let their doors slam and that can get loud and annoying. Overall I will be staying again.

Very clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport and back a week layer was a real plus.

From the moment you walk in you felt at ease. The hotel lobby was very clean and JOHN at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. He answered all my questions and his customer service was outstanding!
Room was very clean, bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable.

Was a little hard to get into traffic was heavy with intersection with multiple roads from all directions.
Hotel had ample parking, rooms were clean had all the amenities, refrigerator, microwave hair dryer.
People were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was food in the belly.
All said, It was a good place to stay and I would recommend it the traveler.

I’m excited to stay there on my upcoming trip in December after reading these reviews. I would like to respond to homma 09’s review about the milk…. He suggested to have skim instead of almond. What he doesn’t understand that some have a milk allergy (as I do) and appreciate a nondairy choice!! Koodos for the almond milk!! I will see you soon in December!!!!

I missed my flight was having a bad day. My room wasn't ready but Johnathon called housekeeping and they got my room cleaned . This place is very clean and all the staff was very helpful I would highly recommend staying here. MThanks Johnathon my only complaint I would have is they don't have smoking rooms. But most places that allow you to smoke I wouldn't stay there because they are usually dumps
