Rodeway Inn & Suites Greensboro Southeast

We were worried after reading other posts. But, our experience was very good. The receptionist was so helpful and efficient. She helped us find a recently renovated room that is available. It’s very clean, new bedding, new floor, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker. And our two double beds were very comfortable. Super happy with our stay for a really good price.

When booking, you will see amenities ,cleanness and smiling staff.Well they really got us.
They promote Gym ,bar, breakfast and more. When we got to the room after driving 8 hours, room was not clean, called the front desk,they said they just cleaned off the room, but sent the cleaning staff who ,informed not knowing why the floors were sticky. No hair dryer, conditioner or soap. (Went to the closes Walmart) the front staff does not answer room phone calls and get mad when we show up asking for clean towels, because the one in the room has lipstick on it. No gym,no breakfast. And fridge in the room does not work.
On day two, left the room at 9am
Came back at 530 pm ,no one cleaned up the room. We still here because we paid for 3 nights and they won't refund our money. Our deal here in NC is not closed yet and can't check out. There's construction on the premises, meaning you can't sleep pass 7am. I don't recommend it , place should be closed.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel is located off of a very quiet, country exit. The exterior was very clean, compared to its sister hotels that are located closer to major cities. Our Room was spacious and neat, had the perfect amount of furniture, and the perfect thickness and softness to the linens. Our check in was HAPPY. Yes, I said HAPPY. The young woman working 2nd shift was not only polite and friendly, she was helpful and sweet, and adorable... my husband and i just fell in love with this young person who, it seems, has been groomed naturally by the universe to BE customer service. We should all be so lucky to have someone like this cross our paths! Our stay over 2 days was rewarded by more encounters with the Stepford Staff who all achieved perfect records for being the best staff it is possible to have at a 2 star hotel. WOW. I want to move into this place.

I was very surprised, the man that checked us in was very friendly. Then the all around overview of the place told me they had done some great renovation to the motel. When we made it to the room it was alot nicer than I figured. Very clean with king size bed, fridge and microwave. It had been renovated to a modern contemporary look even the bathroom. Very nice. I would say it is an awesome place to stay with clean comfortable rooms and I bought forgot even breakfast. So I would definitely recommend it.

I have felt safe here and the Management and other employees have worked hard to make my stay comfortable and safe due to my disability. They have even allowed my nurse to stay with me without any hassle and have received shipments and gives me everything without any problems...They have even treated my Nurses with much respect.

The staff is friendly. They work with my old man and I now that they know that we aren't planning on going anywhere for a while. The police are out here pretty regularly but as long as you stay out of their way they seem to stay out of your way. I would recommend this hotel\motel to anyone whom was looking a laid back spot to lay their head.

I have visited there twice and the service was great the people who worked there are friendly and very helpful the rooms are very clean and there are a lot of very good channels on their tv even HBO if you ever get the chance and are close by drop by and check in you will definitely enjoy your stay
