Customer service is great. Orlando and Elizabeth from Fragrance are amazing and always willing to help. The store carries my favorite brands and love the way their employees treat me. I have been a Macy's customer for over 20 years. Love it

I visited yesterday the store from the Florida Mall and I want to thank Ms.Norman. He is a wonderful person and worker, he helped me to resolve 2 issues, one with my ring and one with my gift card. Please look for more people and good workers as him, because other workers are not interested to do their job in the best way, and maybe other people are more competent and is waiting for that position of job. Thank you Ms.Norman. Furthermore, Macy’s give me extra 25% discount because of their issues, and I am thankful.

They have the best beauty 😍 and perfume selection and services 😍 💕. Handicap ♿ parking is available. Elevator 🛗 is available for any one.

Best department store in florida Mall by a long shot. Always well stocked, clean, and very friendly workers. Best shopping hours would be during the week in the morning. If you go during the weekend, expect large crowds and long lines though.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE working with Misty and Rupal from the jewelry department. They are excellent and have the BEST customer service skills. Great woman!!! Give them a raise!

My wife and I went on a Saturday afternoon for her to do some shopping and me catch a snooze on a soft sofa inside the mall. Within 20 minutes, there were 20 Orange County Sherrif cruisers outside of Macy's. We quickly headed out and watched 50 law enforcement guys lead out a short Hispanic lady in handcuffs. Seemed like a lot of guys for one small lady. Let's hope she learns her lesson, you don't "mess around " in Macy's.
