OYO Townhouse Orlando West

I arrived rather late and the front desk attendant was very pleasant and professional. Proceeded to my room on the second floor and the halls were clean and it was easy yo roll my luggage to the room at the end of the hall because thee is no carpet. Creates a much cleaner look. My room was spacious and clean. Bed quite comfortable. Best sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. Claudia at check out was friendly and professional. I will definite stay again. Staff gets 5 stars.

I don’t understand the poor reviews, which made me nervous. In my experience, the place is spotlessly clean, front desk was fine, pool area was spotless ( saw them checking the water and cleaning out leaves) and my room was comfortable and clean. No complaints at all. Also, (forgot to add) NO bugs! And Claudia at the front desk is awesome - so are others but not sure of names.

Claudia and Carlos is amazing. From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, they made sure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely recommend to any of my family and friends. I’ll definitely be back to visit again.

Claudia is outstanding! She is super sweet and you can tell she wants the best experience for you. Carlos is also great! They always take such good care of me when I stay here. 10/10 :)

I love the staff here. They get to know you as a person not just a customer. Felix at the front desk is such a great person to deal with. Always has a smile, helpful with any requests and is very respectful. The room is very comfortable and homie. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Friendly, courteous, staff rooms were spotless, great value for the price. Very easy to book the room and had truck parking made it convenient. Will stay there again in the area.

For the price this place is fantastic! Claudia the receptionist was very friendly and professional. She made me feel super welcomed. I will definitely be coming back!

If you're a hood rat and wanna run some dirty ho's out that mug!! That's the place for you.! Dirty bed , Marijuana roaches on the floor and old drinks in the fridge dirty wash clothes hanging on the shower head. And don't bring it to the manager he just looked bothered by it. But for 2 rooms for 3 nights at a total of $500.00! Guess what you're gonna get bothered!

The front desk people Jane, Felix and Claudia are just so amazing. They are very helpful and personable. House keeping are so sweet and very pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay.

I had booked a wrong date, through my work travel site. Claudia got me a room, and worked diligently to cancel the new reservation when it came through so I wasn't charged twice.

We've stayed here a few times because of the easy proximity to downtown, without the inflated prices. It's always been clean and the people have been nice.

Hotel room is always clean, lobby, elevator, and stair case. We love our overall experience.

I was a little disappointed in the furniture in the room the easy boy chair was all scratched up and damage. The Ottoman didn’t look clean I was afraid to sit on it, or use it for a footstool. The shower curtain need a lining in it. The little difficult trying to take a shower since the curtain wasn’t stationary enough. Other than that it was fine.. considering that I’ll paid $174.00 for one night. I thought things would be better.

Did not go to the front desk and complain because I had to get up early. I want to just get in the bed as quick as possible..

It’s very comfortable Bed , no complaints. Recommendation look at the furniture. If it doesn’t look good remove it out of the rooms.

Once again, like always, checking in was a pleasure with Claudia. , her friendliness is always a pleasure. And rooms are always clean and quiet.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at the property, it is newly renovated and the Denny,s nearby was good for a quick bite.... thanks for the complimentary Coffee in the morning...... i will be back surely.... keep up the good work

After making my reservation I read the reviews and if they are true you need to go back again because management have made a lot of improvements the room that I stayed in was clean and very comfortable I had a problem with the remote not working but maintenance came in within minutes and took care of the problem Luis was very professional and friendly I highly recommend OYO townhouse Orlando west

The hotel is renewed and it’s good. Front desk Claudia was very nice! I”ll be back!

Felix was an amazing manager made me feel at home even if it is a hotel had a couple complaints about a room and he switched me to another room that fixed all the issues overall 5/5 for Felix 4/5 for the hotel
