An old building that's seen a lot; however the maintenance keeps it going.
Owner imposes but never exposes himself. His staff carries out his ideas.
Great and humble folks, room service is good, front desk is understanding and professional. Vanessa is an angel!
The neighboring streets are calm and safe.
No issue with security. All-in-all they are a great group of people doing their best.

Love this place....only thing is my favorite front desk lady isn't there anymore...I feel like she truly loved her job and made us feel extremely welcome her name was Serena. The rooms are good price. But it is about the hospitality and Serena was great at her job other than that...I love this place

It was great as soon as we got there we got great service it was quick and we got a nice room it was clean and can also bring ur dogs we hang found any bad things yet like the other reviews said.

Stephanie was amazing. After finding out our reservation was not completed correctly by Trip Advisory, She was quick to get it corrected and with a smile and very conversational. The room was freshly cleaned and mopped, and the beds were comfortable. Our dog had plenty of room. Just wish the weather would have been warm enough to let us swim. Maybe next time.

So happy with the choice of hotel. Yes check in is at 3pm but there was plenty to do as I waited. The woman at the front desk was so polite and Courteous. The room was up to date clean, nice layout very spacious. no bugs thank goodness. My husband and I are on our way to the pool. Nice staff. Perfect location next to i4. Very convenient

After disembarking from Amtrak at the Orlando train station, I headed to this hotel in a cab. All the hotels in the city, nicknamed "the City Beautiful," were full during that time, and I considered myself lucky to have got a room in this hotel. But all my happiness fizzled out after the Cab driver cautioned me on the way that this hotel is known for theft and other petty crimes.
However, what I experienced in the hotel was contradictory to the Cab driver's frightening tales. The officials at the lobby were very warm and helpful. One of them was so kind looking at my tired 10-year-old son that he gave him an apple 🍎 to eat.
The check-in was fast, and I got a cosy, pleasant and comfortable room. The room was clean and so well-maintained that we did not face any problem. The hotel had a professional pest prevention and control service. The official who came for pest management to my room discussed with my little son about the varieties of dangerous spiders 🕷 available there.
We enjoyed the morning breakfast at the hotel, and the dinner I ordered from a nearby Chinese hotel on a few occasions was delicious. The hotel's swimming pool made us cheerful and contented. I was so amazed with everything there that I kept extending my stay.
On my way back, I by chance met the same Cab driver at the Amtrak station. He remembered me and was curious to know whether everything was fine at Days Inn. When I told him that it gave me the "greatest happiness of the greatest number," he was just awestruck.

Very nice, clean room and bathroom was clean as well. We'll be back here for sure!! Update: still our favorite place!

we loved this hotel and that's why we came back. My friends took another room and we were very satisfied with it.
Nigh shift Jimmy was a nice guy..he smiled all the 3 minutes we took to get the room. No complaints. Clean beds, clean bath, good TV (suggest: XXX movies should be available).lol
plenty of parking, and couple of stores near by on my way back from downtown bar. cheap and convenient..
I recommend it and we'll be back.

When I arrived for our stay unfortunately the AC for our room wasnt working. I was very tired after traveling and let the front desk know the situation. Thinking it was going to be the typical forget response, I was not a happy camper. Well to my surprise, within just a few minutes, George arrived and was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with. Not only did George have the AC working within a few minutes, he also gave us some great dining and entertainment suggestions for the area. My husband was very impressed and tried to tip George twice but he refused to accept any gratuities. The world needs more George’s in it. Thank you all for making our stay comfy.

There is a woman in the office name Gigi she made my stay amazing I even extended my stay because she was so awesome. The rooms are clean the hotel is nice and quiet peaceful right in the middle of downtown and the pool is great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I have to at least 10 of my friends. Nice vaca. Clean,very clean room 109. Great mattress and pillows, very comfy. Great amenities and very nice night clerk from Argentina. I don't understand any negative comments given. Great price too. Only negative, no free shuttle to and from airport. 4.8 stars.

Hello! I stayed at this motel and had great service. Nikki helped me out with all my questions and was the best at the front desk. Highly recommend.

AeDel greeted us with this kind and friendly demeanor. He seemed a bit tired; but with his polite and courteous temperament, he continue to checked us in. He gave us directions to the nearest Walmart Superstore and information about the local convenience store. The room was clean. What else can I say, I have a pleasant stay.

Check in took less then 5 minutes. Fairly friendly staff but I also checked in at 2a.m. So I don’t blame the blank faces 😂. In the morning they had a very decent continental breakfast area. Area isn’t the greatest and a mans car was broken into but empty my vehicle always and was fine. I would suggest too always empty vehicles when traveling and staying in any hotels overnight.

It offers excellent quality for a good price. You don't normally find a staff willing to be so helpful at the average motel. Felika at the front desk was always helpful and smiling. Housekeeping did a great job of making sure the room was always ready when you checked in.

Rooms are clean, large, and quiet. Equal distance from both the Downtown area and Disney/Universal attractions making it an easy choice for those wanting a place for both work and play. Uber & Lyft were always just a few minutes away.

I make extensive use of the internet while I'm here. Most of the rooms have good Wifi on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz with 30+Mbps Up&Down. If you get a room with a weak Wifi signal, they'll be more than happy to move you to a better room. This Day Inn has one of the better, more reliable Wifi/Internet connections that I've seen in a motel.

The hotel was clean and and the customer service was great. April gave me a really nice room and it was in the first floor. She did a wonderful job with all our needs.

when i read some of the reviews i was a bit apprehensive of the location... but after arriving there , checking in .. all my fears n the reviews were unfounded... rooms were clean.. no smell.. no bugs.. no stains... we were put in room 212. The location of the hotel has road constructions ongoing.. so i dunno how would hookers be hanging outside the roads near Days Inn.... see the pictures n u tell me... breakfast was simple , u pay what u get. its decent.. waffles n bread... if the breakfast is not ur type.. then dun stay at this place.. and pay for something greater than $100 elsewhere.

Glendy was so amazing. Stayed here about a month ago and had quite the pleasant experience. Came back yesterday and Glendy took amazing care of me.

Ignore the reviews guys, we are in a weird time with Covid-19 and they get overwhelmed. They are literally doing the best they can.

Coming from someone who stayed in most places in the area, this is amazing for its price.

Highly recommend. I've even sent friends here and they loved it. Great price, good location but let me tell you, the staff is amazing!
