Shoe Palace

My experience with the shoe palace went smoothly. Before we walked into the shoe palace, we went to 7 or 8 stores. I looked for these shoes for 2 days and when I saw them on the shelf I was a little discouraged they wouldn't have them in my size, but they did and they were cheaper then every store we went into, I NOW OWN MY FIRST PAIR OF JORDANS AND I COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED ☺

We were more than satisfied with our purchase and experience. We will most definitely be shopping there again 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Super friendly staff! I even had a young man help me one minute and the next he was assisting a Co worker move a shelf and all I heard was "you're pregnant you shouldn't be moving big things". Felt great to hear there are still some young men out there with manners and genuine concern for others 🙏

I was looking for my usual running air max shoes. When employee Ricky assisted me and introduced me to on cloud running which I have never heard of, however, I took a chance and bought them. I’m so happy with them and with Ricky’s service. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Will be definitely going back for more colors.

Andrew from Store 01229 was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me the size that I needed in a timely manner and even informed us of the sale that they were having. On top of that, he was very kind and friendly. Amazing job, Andrew!

Hose is the best customer service rep I've ever met in a retail store. My issue had nothing to do with him but he still went above and beyond to take care of it. I was absolutely shocked when he even coordinated with another location to make sure I got what I needed. All my shoes are coming from Shoe Palace now.

Store is amazing. Harry and Yair really do a great job. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help in anyway they can. Store is always clean and everything is well presented from an aesthetic point of view. Product selection is also amongst the best in the area.
Definitely recommend making this your first stop at Florida Mall. This shoe store does it right!

Customer service at this store was AMAZING!! Lizette helped us on the floor with finding shoes, she was wonderful! The manager went over and above to help us with finding a protectant spray. We had been shopping all day, and NO ONE -not even the other Shoe Palace in Orlando came close to the level of service these guys gave! We will gladly drive the two hours to come to this store!

Great customer experience at the location in Florida Mall. They have a ton of inventory and all different types of sneakers. The manager John and sales associate Carla we're extremely helpful when my mother and I were in to make a purchase. I highly recommend this location.

Went in looking for for some new Air Force 1s and they had just that, an employee was quick to help and was probably the the easiest experience I’ve had buying shoes.
