I just went shopping this past Memorial Day and the store was CRAZY packed. I met one of their employees named Kathryn (same exact spelling as my name!) and she was so awesome! Super friendly and willing to help. She brought me a bag for my giant stack of clothes, helped me find items within the store, offered to help me order items online if I couldn’t find them in store, and even helped me find my friend bc it was overcrowded. Thank you!! You’re great! I admire your ability to stay calm & kind in a hectic environment. :)

Great clothes, and they have awesome sales almost all the time. It is one of my go-to stores for jeans and t-shirts. The bathing suits are great too, and like I said, with the sales (and their rewards program) you can't beat the prices for the quality.

This review goes out to Rose De Guzman. Thank you for your help. I booked a flight to Santos Domingo and noticed I needed to purchase jeans. I visited many stores and tried out many jeans and noting cut it. Then I remember a store that I bought good jeans. They were called Bull Head (the jeans), and Pacific Sunwear is where I purchase them. When I got there, no one greeted me nor asked for help. At the same time, I did not know who was the customer(s) nor who was the employee(s). I tried not to let it get to me as they are kids that do not care to deliver customer service, etc. No wonder their review is 3.9. Also, I needed help and took my chance and asked, do you work here? The employee required assistance to help me and asked the manager. The manager knew her things and helped. I took some jeans to try out in the fitting room. What was that for, no one analyzed to help me open the door nor nothing. At that point, I left. They were rude, unprofessional, and it was a guessing game on who were the workers.
Finally, I went to Hollister. In there was the extreme opposite. Hi..!, welcome..!, you need help..?, here are the items that are in sale..! of course, let me open the fitting room..! Although, I had a good experience. All was better with Rose's help. I needed jeans, and she helps me. Not only did she delivered excellent customer service (at one point she had to go to the back of the store to find me a particular pair of jeans) she cared that I had good fitting jeans. Rose, thank you again for the help. I am enjoying my vacation with my new Hollister jeans.

Fav store wish they would lower tge price for jeans though almost 60 for some all black jeans seems alot 30 through 35 seems more reasonable

Surprisingly they had some pretty amazing deals and everything was laid out nicely it wasnt like walking into a forever 21 or something ya know 😋
