Leslie literally made my whole month lol
I walked in looking for my first pair of jeans since my last baby and my weight loss. I was a size 12 for years, thought I was an 8 now w a 28 waist.
leslie asked what size I was and laughed and was like uhm that’s not right let’s try a 26.. and soooo I did. Terrified it would be tight and I’d feel bad about myself but she handed me pair after pair and every single one fit incredibly and gave me the most gigantic confidence boost ever. She asked me to come out and show her and she hyped me up and we kept going til I had restocked my closet in my new size 🥲 thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable and welcome and confident Leslie!

I always struggle to find jeans that are long enough for my legs. Buckles has every style and color of jeans imaginable for long and short legs. Today was my first time there, found so many nice jeans. Molly assisted me; she knew her stuff and was sooo helpful. Overall great experience!

When I walked into the store I didn't care for the store's layout. I also don't like much of their designs on clothing. I did love the service I received from Julianna. She made it happen for me at this location. I bought a pair of jeans from Buckle because of her service. I will always remember this purchase when a salesperson actually sold her business. The jeans are ok but I will recommend the service I received from Julianna, she was great!

Born and raised here in Central Florida, and I got the pleasure of walking into the Buckle store in the FL Mall today for the first time. Not only did I love all of the clothes, but we were taken care of from the moment we stepped foot inside the store. Emily, the employee who was helping us today, was the nicest most accommodating retail saleswoman I have ever met in my life. She catered to us in every way, guessed my husbands EXACT jean size just by looking at him, and was sure to provide us with all of their store info including their hemming service and rewards program. I loved the jeans she recommended and hand picked for me, although they were a little out of my price range. I WILL BE BACK to shop at this store, for sure. And I highly recommend this to anyone I know!

Came for Dude shoes. Price is very similar to other stores but service is awesome. Everyone is very nice!
