Went there today to get an international driver's permit and was in and out within 15 minutes. Rhonda and Victoria assisted me. I don't have a need for an AAA membership but almost bought one because they were so nice and helpful. Thank you, ladies

AAA was quick to assist when our Corvette was towed to the body shop after a collision .They are very professional and always keep us up to date with the repair timeline.

Excellent service and professional friendly people. Charlie was most helpful with a triptych for me and couldn't have been nicer and went way out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect as well as Pam the financial lady who handles the insurance and CDs and Etc these people were truly great

Gary at triple AAA insurance gave me the best rate ever. After getting a comparison rate for two cars, with his rate I was able to add full coverage to my second car and ended up paying less for two cars than I was with my old company and got better coverage.
I got the best customer service and best rates ever. I highly recommend him

Triple A came out to help me with a tire issue this morning 6/1/2021. Tate and DeShonte were amazing. Tate was so kind and had wonderful customer service, DeShonte did a fantastic job, and was so respectful. AAA should be thankful to have such good employees. I have been with Triple A for many years and I will continue with them for this great service! Thank you!

I'm new to AAA but I know it's good to have it cause my mother in law have AAA and when her tired was flat they came and fix it right away, so I recommended for sure.

Tow truck driver Winston is very well mannered, super helpful. He handled my vehicle with care. He kept up on communication with informing me what I needed to know.

I worked at Auto Club South for almost 3 years. I was a ERS call receiver. I was one of the voices on the phone when you called . I took care and concern for every person I had contact with. Ed Shatzman would get great reviews from members who would contract the office about my service. I took ownership of my job. Knew what it took to be attentive, and responsive. I always had great fellow workers at Auto Club South. Georgette DeFeo was my shift manager. Tanya Zeo was the head honcho for our service team. And Linda Nails, who worked in dispatch, was great in my training and later with keeping in touch with tow trucks and battery service . One of the things I did for members who were in a bind by the side of the road, was call ahead for them to their destination, to save their phone battery. In 2003-05 phones weren't so good with battery life. We had health care, great pay, great managerial support, and you got your Birthday off, with pay. I know this is from an employee perspective, and not a customer review, but I had to chime in how great working at Auto Club South was. It will always be the best formal job I ever had. We made a lot of people happy, when they could've had a bad day. ♥

I have had insurance (home owners and automobile) insurance with AAA in Florida for three years - and before that, went to AAA in Connecticut upon a friend's recommendation. The agent, Gary, and manager, Mike, have gone out of their way to help me get what I need, explained the programs, -- politely, professionally and with integrity. They both have gone above and beyond what one would expect from a company -- no pushy sales, no coercion. I appreciate this place, this company and highly recommend them.

Good service showed up within 45 minutes in rush hour traffic, no space for two passengers in pickup truck. Very unfortunate for the other passengers.

Stopped by the AAA office to get info & purchase a membership. Juliet at the front desk was friendly & most helpful. She took care of everything we asked about, sold us the membership we needed and we were on our way in fairly short order.

Been a AAA member for years and must say the group at Palm Beach Gardens is one of the best groups.

From the time you step through the door they were attentive, courteous and helpful. Don Acker was very helpful in getting car insurance that met my needs at a reasonable rate.

Pepper Hall also assisted me in making hotel accommodations for my nephews upcoming wedding. Not worried now about where to stay or how to get around as she mapped out my whole stay. Yes, this is a group AAA should be very proud of...😎🐶🐬💞

Came to our rescue within 10 min! 2 pups were accidentally locked in the car so we really appreciated the quickness! Literally amazing!

I had a blow-out ,front left tire. I was on the turnpike going south.
I called AAA and John who came in less then 10 minutes was the BEST. Thank goodness I had AAA.
