Book Rack

It is a perfect place for booklovers. They have an amazing selection of books at such great prices and even have a trade-in program! The owner and all the employees I've interacted with are so nice and knowledgeable.

I have not been in this store recently but I can say that I am pleased to see the Book Rack is still I'm business. The owner was always friendly when my mom and I frequently shopped in her store. I was always pleased with the wide selections and the prices are reasonable. The owner has always had a return-for-credit option which makes buying very affordable, and all the books are in great condition compared to buying from consignment stores. And much more reasonable than buying online and paying hefty shipping fee's. I cannot wait to bring my daughter in and continue to support this local business.

took my book nerd brother here! he loved it and stayed for 2 hours and came home with 2 bags FULL of books and only spent like $40. definitely got his moneys worth. it was a cute little shop and I really liked it too :) would recommend

A darling shop, it's EXACTLY what you're looking for if you want a place filled to bursting with all sorts of vintage paperbacks, interesting hard covers, and collectible copies. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable, and the place is venerable. PLEASE check it out when you got nothing better to do, you won't be disappointed

They will check the shelf and hold a book if you call them. It's worth a call if you are looking for a common book for local pickup and relatively cheap!!

I'm sorry, why did no one tell me about this place?! It's amazing! As someone who can't have enough books, this was a wonderful. It's a small space filled with books upon books...there's so many to choose from! They have tables near the front with sales, todays sales were 10 paperbacks (on the table) for $1 or 6 hardcovers (on the table) for $1. I walked away today (not expecting to spend anything, mind you) with 5 hardcover books for 86 cents....what a steal! I am absolutely going to be returning very often, I found a bunch of books I'd love to return and purchase. Highly recommend. So so kind inside as well.

I could spend hours in here looking through books. You are able to return books for a credit for half the price you bought from them and use that credit towards more books. The inventory is constantly changing so each time you go there are great finds.

Nice store definitely has plenty of books but definitely not the type I was looking for which was metaphysical books so just in case you're wondering they don't carry any. Also, if you have OCD this isn't the place for you or if you're claustrophobic. You are still mandated to wear a mask and over your nose. But other than that she was extremely nice and definitely have a ton of books.

Nice staff, huge selection, prices for everyone. Books are half price off the original price or cheaper. I've gotten some for 17 cents. Totally worth the trip.

This is the only local bookstore where I can buy a HUGE stack of literature with $50. I personally love an old beat up copy of a book, but that's not all they have. They have new, trending authors and stories as well.

They believe reading is important and therefore, they make books accessible and affordable to people. I hope this gem stays open forever and ever. ❤

Book Rack is easily one of the best book stores I've been to in recent memory.

The rough categories included classic novels, verse and theater, biographies, science fiction and fantasy, romance. Then they had books organized into some less expected categories: such as books that were made into movies.

I ended up buying 12 books, some that I'd been wanting to find for a while and some that were unexpected gems!

I have been purchasing books from this fabulous store for 30 years. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Extensive collection!

Fort Myers best kept secret! I love this place! It's amazing to me that you can walk in the store and ask her if she has something and she amazes You by saying yes I have that or I don't have that but I have other books by that author if you're interested

Really fun to go on a day off and get lost in between the book selves. If you're looking for a specific book you probably won't find it. Recommend when you want to do something different and shift thru books till one catches your eye. Like a little treasure hunt.
