Hardee’s

I went through the drive through and the employee was very energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging. The employee recommended several options and went over what was on each sandwich I asked. The employee let me know that it would be a seven minute wait for fresh apple pies and fresh French fries which I stated that's not a problem at all. I pulled up and waited then the employee Mr. Lewis proceeded to hand me the order and was genuinely friendly and outgoing. The customer service I experienced from Mr. Lewis was beyond exceptional and above the call of customer service duty. I tried the new candied bacon Frisco burger. It comes with four slices of candied sweet bacon, two slices of Swiss cheese, tomato, and mayonnaise. It was absolutely delicious and savory. I will definitely be having another one in the future. The apple pies were piping hot and fresh which Mr. Lewis was kind enough to warn me that the pies would be hot and to be careful. This display of consideration and care for a customer truly shows the employees character and integrity. I recommend this Employee receives praise from his management and told he's doing an impeccable job.

The GM Tim did a great job accommodating me with my online order. He answered the phone every time & delivered great customer service. He did not give me the run-around. Overall, I am satisfied with my service.

Pregnant wife only wanted hot ham and cheese Aaron L , made it right for her drove all the way from Clarkesville for this sandwich ! Happy wife happy life ! Clean atmosphere and nice customer service above and beyond

Came all the way from Clarkesville just for this hot ham and cheese! Wasn’t up to my expectations and they immediately made it right for me while still remaining very polite !! I so appreciate it ! Thank you Aaron L! Definitely will be coming back

I came through the drive thru on 11/9 the gentlemen at the window was polite and let me know that it was all being cooked fresh I pulled up and 4 in a half minutes later I had my chicken sandwich and kids meal it was nice and hot and very good. Aaron and the cook both know what they are doing I will be coming back and telling every one I know.

Food was great had the nashville hot chicken sandwich. One of the best Hardee's I've been to. General Manager Tim awesome and took good care of customers. Will always visit here.

They brought my food to me and they did not know that I had a surgically repaired ankle. The hot chicken tenders was also good. Tried it for the first time

The staff did very well as we had a bit of an episode with my wife, who scratched her esophagus due to incomplete chewing. A visitor to the store called 911 for us after I tried to do the heimlich maneuver for her, and she remained uncomfortable. Everyone was so helpful, and Mary made it through ok. The store in Toccoa is like family to us. We only regret the inability to do business with them more often.

We stopped in for breakfast. The lady at the drive thru was very nice, friendly and courteous! We placed our order and got it within seconds! She went above abd beyond to make sure we had everything when we were at the pickup window! The food was soo delicious! Our drinks were fresh! We do suggest that sometime on down the road that they get the Cinnamon Raisin biscuits back! We love them too! We'll definitely be back! We recommend any and everyone come eat at Hardees! I love the big Mushroom & Swiss burger from Hardee’s! It’s very juicy & flavorful! I don’t live close to a Hardee’s so anytime I’m visiting my 2 daughter’s & their families I always try to swing by to get me a Mushroom & Swiss Burger!

Hardee’s please open a Hardee’s in Gainesville GA! The nearest one in Hall County is Oakwood GA, but that’s 10-15 miles from Dawsonville Hwy area in Gainesville where most restaurants are opening these days.

Great burger but it was almost 35.00 for combos for two people! Surprising!
Of course it wouldn't stop me from going back but a family of 6 would be different!

The team here is awesome. The manager is always in a good mood. So sometimes you can hear him singing 🙄 lol

The staff are friendly and the facilities are super clean!! Well run Hardee’s!! Kudos to the staff!

Had no help and only have select options and tea sucked

The biscuits I got were hot and delicious. They don't have stirrers for coffee. The lady at the window was friendly.

The sandwich was good. It appeared only 2 guys were working this afternoon, so it took a few minutes to get orders. There wasn't a crowd, but a relatively steady stream of customers.

Sausage gray and biscuits are wonderful. I just wish the gravy had more sausage and they served it all day. I'm retired and sometimes I go to breakfast about 11am

With the COVID-19 crisis, it was refreshing to be able to eat out. Hardee's was observing social distancing but there were few people in the dining area. Therefore, all our food was made fresh to order. Maybe it was the isolation of the past 2 months, but the food was better than before the shutdown.

The staff here are very nice and polite. The food was delicious. I absolutely would recommend this restaurant.

Love going here when I get off work every morning. The male and female that works the drive thru always makes it a pleasant experience. Keep up the good job yall
