I was needing to make my shopping quick during my visit and asked an associate in the print area to assist me with where my item was located. He started to walk toward the opposite counter to what I assumed was to point to the area. However, I nearly walked over him as he exited the print area because he walked me over to the item and took the time to explain the several options available. Thank you so much Dave for reminding me what exceptional customer service should look like. Especially in a time where pointing to an area of the store has became acceptable.

I truly appreciate and enjoy shopping in the store because I know that if I need assistance all I have to do is ask. You can't find that type of courtesy in other stores, I would only recommend that they hire a couple more employees for the Christmas season. Thank you, in advance for allowing me to share a few words.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a leather office chair in brown, when received it looked black. Store called when I mentioned it on the feedback survey and apologized. I returned chair for correct color—turns out that the chair was a deep brown and looked black, clearly my error. Regardless, he took the extra steps to make it right although I was wrong.

The customer service was great, Dave the manager signed me up for a program that helps my business save money.

Never review places but this was my first time at Office Depot, best shopping experience i’ve ever had hands down. Great staff at this location.

Dave the store manager here has not only been incredibly nice but has not once let me down every time I walk in here. I am very appreciative of his work and will be coming by here more often thanks to him!

T was amazing! She was extremely kind and helpful during my visit tonight. I needed to scan a large document and she helped me to get it done efficiently, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I went into this store not feeling too computer/printer savvy. Monica, the store manager, managed to help me find what I needed and also educated me in the process. She took the time to double check in the back when she couldn’t find what I needed and even went to retrieve a ladder to check in an upper shelf. I thought she went above and beyond to satisfy me as a costumer. That type of energy will keep me coming back for all my computer/printer needs! I definitely recommend this Office Depot!

My experiences at the particular Office Depot has always been pleasant. Associates were always helpful in the print shop. They are always patient and willing to make sure I am able to get my prints completed at the level of expectations I was looking for.

Yes, I would really like to thank Rae. She greeted us, research the tax free (it was a Department of Defense purchase), researched the supply in the warehouse, and ordered the missing pieces. In addition, she followed the next day with a phone call and kept us informed of the progress of our purchase. When we arrived today to pickup the items (6 chairs), she ensured delivery and assisted the team by bringing the supplies outside. The entire time she smiled and made us feel very comfortable even though we had many demands. She is truly a great asset to your company. In our next big purchase we will always think of Office Depot and Rae is the reason why.
