Marriott Greensboro Downtown

I had a booking issue on 29 February 2024 and the Front Desk Supervisor, Sunkist, remedied the issue. She was very professional and courteous. Excellent Customer Service.

What a great representation of the Marriott brand of quality hospitality and friendliness I stay at a lot of marriotts across the country for work and they are not all equal from the time I stepped into this one the smiles and welcoming you get from all the employees just the front desk workers even the cleaners were really nice the women in the M Club though really take this property to a new level it didn’t matter if it was morning for breakfast or evening for food and cookies they smiled as they welcomed you spoke with you and made you feel like family more than a guest and said good bye as you left not to mention the M Club itself was very nice as well the king room I booked was nice the gym was amazing probably one of the top 5 I’ve been in at a Marriott and the deco for Christmas was very nice and the perfect amount to remind you that the holiday is near the bar area had live music each night I was there I have never experienced that at any Marriott that I have been in so kudos for that as well the staff was very knowledgable on the area for eateries had quite a few great meals recommended by the wonderful ladies in the M Club if you’re coming to Greensboro I would recommend this hotel! And it’s 15 minutes from the Piedmont airport as well super convenient!

We were here for a company Christmas party. Very beautiful ballroom area! Clean rooms, comfy beds and friendly staff.

I loved the location of this hotel. Two problems one, you pay all this money for this room and it doesn't have a microwave in the room. You have to go downstairs to the lobby and warm up your food and hope there is not a line waiting for the microwave because they only have one. I feel for you if u are on the 11th floor. Second, the parking deck is attached to the hotel so I'm assuming it belongs to the hotel so why do you have to pay 15.00 a day to park? Other than that, I truly enjoyed stay.

Went for Family Weekend at Wake Forrest was a bit of a drive but the Marriott in Winston Salem was booked solid. Was a good stay and right off the interstate.

Excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable and smells fresh. Check in and check out was convenient. Price was reasonable. Was told there was a sporting event and concert so even though a lot was going on and it was after 12 midnight customer service was professional and friendly.

Nice atmosphere and rooms were nice. Conference area needed temperature adjusted. Was too cold.

Nice downtown hotel parking is kind of a pain in the Garage but I figured it out. The rooms are super nice and the service was great as always.

This is my "go-to" hotel whenever I have business in downtown Greensboro. It is a great hotel but what really makes it special is Jenny, who runs the breakfast area at the members' lounge. She is always so cheerful and so helpful. Her welcoming attitude and upbeat personality start our business day off right. What I really appreciate is that she remembers my colleague and I even though we see her once every few months. This great attitude makes the hotel feel like home. The Marriott is very lucky to have her!

It has a classy look to it

Renovated and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay for several reasons. The carpet is clean and the sink was cleaned. Since Covid, housekeeping in hotels across the US are falling short of cleanliness. The sink hoards tons of germs. In addition the linen and overall the entire room was spotless. Many hotels omit pens and notepads since Covid. Many times they have mismatch brand, amenities. It was nice to get a clean room for a change with the amenities mentioned.

Stayed there for a business holiday gathering. The staff was friendly and the rooms were updated and nice. I didn't leave the property except to head home but understand from others that there are plenty of places nearby for evening entertainment.
