I was searching for a jeweler to help me to make a memorial ring from my wedding/engagement set, after the recent passing of my husband. I loved my original set and wanted to continue wearing it on my right hand, but alas it wouldn’t fit the same. I set out on a quest to find a jeweler with some ideas in my head, but nervous to trust. I found Cerio’s and after meeting with Greg and Karen, talking over the process, options and cost a few times, decided to move forward and trust the outcome. I had my diamond ID number “just to verify” it was mine later! (Again, trust issues!) Greg communicated with me several times and sent me the resin version and 3-d pics & different options and helped me with my ideas and resizing. I also came to the shop to try on the mock-up version. I wanted to incorporate and add 2 diamond stud earrings that my late husband had also given me, the same morning we were getting married long ago, to represent each of our 2 ( now adult) children. Greg used all my white gold and diamonds and I verified the ID number once it was made. That gave me a lot of trust with them.He converted 2 rings and made one ring. My new memorial ring is absolutely beautiful and I love it! I also had it engraved. Very happy with Cerio’s Jewelers and happy that I can continue to wear this sentimental ring for always, just in a different way! Thank you so much Greg for your skill and talking me through the process! I will definitely refer others and return in the future. I recommend Cerio’s for converting something cherished as a memorial.

An amazing jewelry store with amazing people working there. I found this place on google as my dad needed to get his ring off his very swollen finger. They took such great care of him and spent the time to cut the ring off very carefully to ensure to not harm him or the ring. He continuously checked on my dad during every step of the process and afterwards, recommended that he wait for his swelling to go down before they measure him to have it re-sized. Very kind and honest staff and we will return for the re-sizing as soon as possible. Thank you for taking such great care of my dad!

My experience at Cerio's was great! I had Greg make a pendant for me and I am very happy with the necklace. He is honest, efficient and has good creative vision. Everyone in this family business is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely use them for all my future jewelry needs.

CERIO's Jewelry is amazing!! For Christmas my husband bought me a beautiful marquis cut with beveled baguettes garnet ring. It is so beautiful and clear. Just before Christmas I brought in my grandmother ring that is 20 years old. It needed a refacing of all the gems along with adding a few more gems. Everything I discussed with Cerio's in the new design for my ring was spot on!! I have bought several pieces from them, with NO disappointment! Everyone there is very friendly, listens to your needs & wants. They are extremely trustworthy leaving you jewelry with them. They do the work right there and if they can get it back to you same day, they do.

The guys and gals at Cerio’s are all so helpful and extremely friendly every time I have gone in the last 10 years. I needed a watch battery and stone replaced in a wedding band 10 years ago. I moved from NY 3 years ago and left my favorite jeweler behind. I have been looking for a jeweler I can trust and found one! To say Cerio’s is fantastic is an understatement. I just picked up my engagement ring. My husband knew I wanted to upgrade my setting after many years. I went to see Greg and Karen at Cerio’s and showed them what I was looking for. Karen took the time to show me several sizes of diamonds until I found the right two to add to my current stone, and Greg drew out what it would look like. I put my full trust in him and to say he nailed it doesn’t even cover it. He even sent me pictures after it was complete to make sure it was everything I wanted. It was and then some! The pics didn’t even do it justice. To see it in person brought tears to my eyes. Thank you to everyone at Cerio’s who saw my vision and made it real. I HIGHLY recommend you go see them for all of your jewelry needs!

Definitely the best jeweler we have ever dealt with. We have been customers here 2 times in the past year, and have another item we will be bringing in soon! Friendly staff, and pricing is more than reasonable. My wife recently lost her diamond from her engagement ring, we luckily found the stone 2 weeks later. We brought the set to Cerio's on a Saturday around 11 a.m. it was repaired the same day. They honestly made it stronger and more pretty than it was originally. They also checked and cleaned another ring that they had serviced previously. I Highly recommend Cerio's for jewelry needs and repairs!

I couldn't be happier with the exquisite skill and expertise of the jewlers here. I brought my wedding ring set to be resized and have the Dimond solitare reset. The price was more than fair and they were finished in an hour. The best part is the set looks better now than it did when I brought in in an hour before. I WILL BE BACK!

Thanks to a recommendation, I went in and found an almost perfect ring for my husband. Greg explained that he could make the ring in his case look just like mine and sized it perfectly in about an hr. I arrived to find something that exceeded anything I could have ever imagined!
I'd highly recommended Greg, his craftsmanship is exceptional to say the least and Karen was helpful beyond belief. After that, there's no other jeweler I'd trust and recommended!
Being reasonably priced, was just the cherry on top.
Now, I've got Greg working on a custom piece for me as we speak.

Friendly, courteous service. In my case the repaired item was ready the next morning. Amazingly, since the repair turned out to be fairly simple, they didn’t even charge me. I don’t want people to expect freebies, but my experience underlines the kind of service you can expect here.

Wanted something unique. I got what I wanted. I discovered this store over a year ago and love it. I have since been there 5 times. Greg is so kind and they are helpful with suggestions. He has since done several quick fixes at no charge and very fair with the charges of other repairs I have brought him which he fixed in a couple of hours while I shopped nearby. He crafted for me a ring as I described it. I trust him. Highly recommend! He does beautiful work.

I dropped into Cerio’s Jewelry on 4/6/23 to repair my son’s gold necklace. The staff greeted me promptly and with kindness. The jeweler adjusted/repaired the chain right on the spot! He also did the repair free of charge. This was completely unexpected. Great business and great people. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry. Thank you so much Cerio’s!

Amazing craftsmanship and customer service!!!

About two months ago, I took my wife's white gold wedding and engagement rings to Greg to get cleaned and recoated with rhodium after ten years of wear. Also, the engagement diamond prongs were bent from her snagging it while working. The rings both have diamonds set in the bands all the way around, and a few of them were coming loose as well. Greg was very friendly and helpful. He said he could take care of all these issues and have the ring back to me an about 45 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised at how quick of a turn around the service would be. I was also very impressed with the more than reasonable price he quoted me.

When I got the rings back, I was blown away! Not only were all the wear and tear issues corrected, but these rings looked, dare I say, better than when I bought them brand new so many years ago. Greg did an amazing job! I couldn't believe the quality of work I received for the price!

My wife said she doesn't remember the rings looking so good when they were brand new. She is very happy with the finished product.

Needless to say, if you're looking for a jeweler, do yourself a favor and go see my man Greg! He does outstanding work! You won't be sorry.

I came in September 2023 for a Breitling Emergency watch batteries to be changed. My first thought was, it was going to take about a week or two and they would have to send it out but NO! The team worked on the watch and got it up and running with new fresh batteries and I was on my way. I know who I’ll be bringing all my watches and jewelry to in the future (kudos) to the team at Cerio’s Jewelry Ft Myers.

My wife took some of our jewelry to this place and she was helped by three different people who were very professional and kind. They did complementary cleanings of some of our jewelry and reasonably priced additional services for the other pieces. The work they did was not only high quality, but was also done the same day. The restoration work of my late father's watch was just remarkable. Thank you all. We will certainly be back.

Just had the best experience at Cerio's! My husband and I had been looking for an anniversary band for me but just couldn't find the right one. We found Cerio's based on their positive google reviews so we decided to stop in. They were about to close but Karen welcomed us in anyway. They had the best selection of quality rings! Greg took care to size my new ring perfectly. We even went back in to cash in some old broken gold necklaces that I had accumulated over the years. Kara took her time and determined the quality of all of the pieces which I was able to cash in for a new gorgeous serpentine gold chain. They are a family run business which I love to support. I enjoyed the personal interaction, the quality, and the prices, and will definitely being going back! I can't praise them highly enough!!!
